In this study, an expert system was used to diagnose patients with potential Drop Out tuberculosis by using a Case Based Reasoning model to see patients with potential Droup Out. For variable names used are pulmonary smear patients (+), new patients, pulmonary smear (-) / ro (+), new patients, extra pulmonary, relapsed patients, re-treatment, default patients, re-treatment patients, failed patients and others -other. The last detection process is taken from the highest value obtained in the diagnosis of all the symptoms that have been witnessed. This card has an active period that varies depending on the policies and programs of each provider. Many card users are still confused about choosing a prepaid card that is good for use, so they really need information that can be used as a reference in choosing a prepaid card. In this study conducted to analyze a selection of prepaid cards using the TOPSIS (Technique For Order of Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution) method in determining alternative choices for all prepaid card users, using several assessment criteria, namely: Cost (C1), Feature Completeness (C2), Signal (C3), Promotion / Advertising (C4), and Service Quality (C5). And also by using 6 alternatives, namely: Telkomsel (A1), Axis (A2), IM3 (A3), XL (A4), US (A5), and 3 (A6). And the results of this study were ranked first, namely: 3 (A6) as the first rank with a value of 0.5286 followed by XL (A4) with a value of 0.5238 as the second rank, and Telkomsel (A1) with a value of 0.5027. IM3 (A3) with a value of 0.4988, Axis (A2) with a value of 0.4765, then the last US (A5) with a value of 0.1905. With this activity the Medan Central Bureau of Statistics hopes that the company in an effort to increase customer satisfaction with the products produced can be done by producing a product or item with high quality and quality with balanced pricing in accordance with the conditions in the market (adjusted to community income). Data inputted based on the results of the questionnaire with the STIKOM Tunas Bangsa case study, then processed using the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method by determining the alternatives to be used as reference in retrieval. decisions, namely, the level of difficulty, the level of understanding, environmental factors, and the role of the lecturer. This study uses qualitative research, with a case study strategy. The technique of collecting data is done by interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of data by triangulating data sources and data collection techniques. Data analysis uses determination techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Evaluations for the Village Fund for 2017 include constraints faced during the implementation of development and allocation of village funds such as a lack of sense of responsibility between village officials in managing village funds, people who care about development are still few, and there is a lack of meetings to deliver information on village fund allocation to the community. The decision support system for determining village development priorities has stages, starting from selecting criteria, aspects to assessments that have been set, decision making difficulties in determining priorities and calculating weights. Related to this, the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method can be used to solve the problem. The results of the process are in the form of village rankings as a recommendation for decision making to choose as suitable occupies the designated fields. This study aims to predict the amount of beef production by province. Beef is one source of protein which is also a high value comodities. Meat production in Indonesia in general tends to increase by around 2.76% per year. But along with the increase in beef production in Indonesia, the level of meat consumption in Indonesia tends to fluctuate in recent years. Imports are the most common step taken by the government to meet domestic beef needs. By using the Artificial Neural Network and backpropagation algorithm, it will be predicted the amount of beef production based on the province in order to determine the steps to meet domestic beef demand based on the amount of beef consumption in the community. This study uses 11 input variables, namely data from 2005 to 2016 with 1 target, data of 2017. Using 5 architectural models to test the data to be used for prediction, the 11-4-1 model, 11-8-1 , 11-18-1, 11-20-1 and 11-28-1. Obtained the results of the best architectural model is the 11-28-1 architectural model with truth accuracy of 100%, the number of epochs 15 and MSE is 0.008623197.
