This has resulted in both employers and employees seeking alternative work arrangements. The ongoing health and economic crisis related to the COVID-19 pandemic and the required physical distancing measures force many firms to introduce telework (working from home) on a large scale. As we begin to take advantage of the relaxation in lockdown to resume work, revive our businesses or resurrect our social lives, companies and employees are trying to visualize the future of the workplace. Typically, when IT employees work from home a significant number continue to operate from the office. Employees of a few companies did work entirely from home, but the number was not significant compared to the size of the organized sector. The lockdown changed all of this. This has given companies an opportunity to evaluate the pros and cons of this concept from a relatively long-term perspective and sparked off speculation that the workplace is likely to change. When everything is a priority, nothing is a priority. And as executives struggle to make sense of the post-COVID business environment, many find themselves leading from this gray area of indecision. Adopting new work model will need a lot of improvisation and changes. However, it is well established fact that generally change is being resisted by humans as it makes them uncomfortable. The functionality of HR managers shifted from recruitment process to a whole new significant role, which includes recruiting, selecting, retaining, training of employees. Along with this a HR manager is supposed to deal with motivation, welfare, perks, remuneration, infringements, and incentives of employees. This paradigm shift can be attributed to globalization that brought goals to be achieved by the HR department. The changes in HR department are phenomenal and the outlook of HRM has drastically changed. Personnel department to HRM, limited role of an HR executive to a varied role of HR executive, a limited scope of HRM to multidimensional scope of HRM there has been a sea change in the approach in the recent past. One more factor that revolutionized the HR department is technology which brought a positive impact. This radical change due to technology in HR department includes outsourcing, long-distance working model, overseas recruitment, flexible timing, and work from home option and so on. Globalization changed the scope of HRM and technology changed the functionality and approach of HRM. Artificial Intelligence is technologies that makes or recommend actions based on previously collected data. Today organizations understand the importance of AI; the HR department is not left behind the race. The HR professionals today are focusing to optimize the combination of human and automated work to gain a simple, logical, and automatic work environment. As far as recruitment is concerned there is huge support that AI brings in, especially when you are hiring in volume. AI has helped us in improving the quality of hire and reducing the recruitment error, and it is not just in recruitment but various other functions that are looking at how AI can support their initiatives. In terms of human resources management, artificial intelligence can be applied in many different ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency of the organizational performance, in this competitive business world. To compete with AI, the HR department should re-transfer their workforce in understanding the AI and its collaboration. AI is an emerging trend in every organization. The Main Aim of this study is to critically analyze the impact that Artificial Intelligence (AI) on recruitment in organizations and what are their benefits. The primary data has been collected through a Google form by using likered five point scale questionnaire and forwarded to IT employees, Simple Convenient non probability sampling method is used to secondary data also collected from articles and reports to establish some of the outcomes of the impact of AI on Recruitment. ANOVA One-way is used to compare the artificial intelligence based on recruitment with performance indicating variables namely reliability, such as time & cost-saving, accuracy, removes partiality, reduced workload, increased productivity, and candidate knowledge. In this study how sectorial indices are affecting the ETF’S for the period of 2016 to 2021. The study measured the relationship of select Gold ETFs with the Nifty Bees by applying the vector error correction model. The study result reveals that all the selected ETFs are having the significant relationship with the Nifty Bees. The Ordinary least square method has been used to know the impact of Nifty Bees on the select Gold ETFs and observed that all the Gold ETFs are having the significant impact by the benchmark of NSE India Nifty Bees. As the virus began its play, many organizations were forced to make drastic changes to the workplace due to global pandemic, and as a result, added to many disruptive employee experiences. For almost all the organizations remote work is being new normal. To maintain workplace culture while making this shift and to discover how to engage employees by recognizing the challenges that come with managing remote employees. Entrepreneurial success is influenced by a number of things. Many authors and researchers believe that an entrepreneur's success is substantially determined by his or her personality traits, but they disagree on the relative value of particular traits. With entrepreneurship's growing social value and the number of entrepreneurial endeavours on the rise, it's only natural to wonder what distinguishes successful entrepreneurs from the others. Entrepreneurial success has been viewed as a multifaceted construct comprised of micro and macro aspects. Personality differences between entrepreneurs, nonfounder CEOs/leaders, and inventor workers have gotten little study, particularly in collaborative environments. While entrepreneurship is one of the most researched issues in business, results on the characteristics of entrepreneurs have been mixed.
