SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo as an islamic education institution that promotes holistic education, carrier out bilingual program management. Basically, the bilingual program is needed to equip educator and students to have global competitiveness due to their proficiency in english. Thus, this study aims to analyze planning, implementation, evaluation, and to find out what obstacles are involved when implementing a holistic education based bilingual program. The type of this research is qualitative research with a case study approach on how to manage bilingual programs at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo. Madrasah like MA Darul Huda as an educational institution that focuses on general science and religious knowledge in which preserving the values of pesantren needs to implement quality assurance system internally. This paper aims to study the internal quality assurance system of madrasah starting from setting quality standards, quality mapping, quality fulfillment planning, quality fulfillment, and evaluating quality fulfillment based on pesantren values embedded in all madrasa components. The study was conducted at MA Darul Huda Mayak Ponorogo. This study adopts a qualitative approach through case study research. In implementing quality assurance, MA Darul Huda follows government policies by referring to the National Education Standards and all quality policies ranging from quality standards to the implementation of programs and evaluation of quality compliance in accordance with the vision and mission and conditions of the madrasa. With good financing management, the competency development of students in the institution will also be good. This study aims to explain how the management of Tahfidzul Qur'an education funding at the Hamalatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Jogoroto Jombang. This type of research in qualitative research is a case study. Meanwhile, for data analysis in this study using the theory of Miles and Huberman: reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the data collection and analysis process, the researcher can conclude that the management of education financing at the Hamalatul Qur'an Jogoroto Islamic Boarding School, Jombang, is carried out using conventional methods. Funding is done using the cash waqf model and service waqf which is carried out through direct fundraising and indirect fundraising. In financial management (accommodation, investment, and personnel) caregivers have a very high accountability, so that they are able to generate a high sense of credibility to donors. The activities carried out were very efficient and effective, which was marked by the students being free of all costs, both direct and indirect costs, but the students were able to memorize 30 juz of Al-Qur'an within 6 months which was in accordance with the requirements of the hafidz quarantine program. A madrasah head as a manager is required to be able to have managerial readiness in managing eight national education standards, one of which is the standard of educational infrastructure. Based on the survey, the condition of educational infrastructure in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Wahid Hasyim Badegan Ponorogo has decreased even in the last ten years which has decreased the number of students and student achievement. But since the 2017/2018 school year with the existence of a new madrasah head, the quality of infrastructure has improved. The madrasah head develops more managerial competencies in improving the quality of infrastructure in his madrasah. So that it succeeded in increasing student achievement such as the champion of the drumb band competition in Ponorogo Regency, had a computer laboratory that could be used for the Computer Based National Examination (UNBK) for 9th grade students, had a two storey building for teacher's room, madrasah head room, and classrooms. \u0000His study aims to explain the managerial competence of madrasa principals in improving the quality of educational infrastructure in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Wahid Hasyim Badegan Ponorogo in terms of management functions which include planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. \u0000Data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity of the data is measured by lengthening observations, perseverance of observations, triangulation, discussions with peers and checking. Data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. \u0000The results showed the headmaster of madrasa did four things for the management of improving the quality of educational infrastructure. First, planning to carry out the program (1) madrasa head with the foundation and the committee set the goal of improving the quality and quantity of madrasas by improving the quality of educational infrastructure (2) meetings involving foundations, committees, teachers, employees to determine the priority scale of Sarpras in the form of procurement of complete drumband equipment, the addition of music band instruments, the addition of habsyi equipment, the creation of computer laboratories and the construction of buildings for the teacher's room, madrasah headroom, and classrooms, (3) recruiting new teachers who are willing to not work in other institutions. This can be seen from the religious program in every class level. Intended so that students when graduating already have a strong religious knowledge that can help in the face of the rigors of life. Therefore, it is hoped that this state school will be able to excel in accordance with the expectations of the demands and needs of the times.So this research aims to describe the quality standards of graduates in the field of religion, the program, and planning at SDN 1 Karanglo Lor. The research method used is qualitative with the type of case studies and data collection methods using interviews, observation, and documentation. This research resulted in the quality standard of graduates in the religious fields at SDN 1 Karanglo Lor, that is able to read the Koran, understand recitation, memorize juz 30, be able to preach, be able to pray orderly, be fasting, can be recluse, can adhan, can pray, can memorize hadith, can write Arabic and can speak Arabic. The quality standard is an additional value of 8 National Education Standards. The religious program at SDN 1 Karanglo Lor is: a) Tahfidz based on quran, b) Hadrah and vocals based on social skills, and c) Madrasah diniyah based on pesantren. Planning religious programs using a comprehensive model.
