In this work, a solar simulator is developed for a university lab to test the electrical characteristics of PV modules and array for low-cost experimental purposes. A microcontroller-based current-voltage (I-V) tracer with a real-time data logger system is used to maintain the reliability of the measuring system. The experimental investigation of the halogen-based solar simulator is carried out using both polycrystalline and monocrystalline PV panels of different power ratings. A prototype (5×8) PV array with 40 PV cells is tested by the solar simulator at a different level of irradiance. The experimental result shows that the average measurement error is ±0.022% which is within the acceptable range of a commercial simulator.","PeriodicalId":242439,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Technologies for Industry 4.0 (STI)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130199361","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The model explains how the variation of parameters such as electron lifetime, hole lifetime and buffer layer material affect the J-V characteristic of CIGS and CZTS thin film solar cells. Simulation results show that the CIGS thin film solar cell gives more current density compared to CZTS thin film solar cell and ZnO material is more efficient than CdS material as a buffer layer for both CIGS and CZTS thin film solar cells. This method proposed in this research work would be very helpful to develop CIGS and CZTS based high efficiency thin film solar cells for the next generation optoelectronics applications.","PeriodicalId":242439,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Technologies for Industry 4.0 (STI)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120924183","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But how could we determine that how student feels about whether a given program is either easy or difficult? So Complexity measurement according to their brain thinking capability is necessary. In this article, we have improved the approach of complexity measurement procedure that gives us more accurate value of cognitive weight which contract the constraints of existing measures. The idea of cognitive weight of any basic control structure is ethically based on the logical capacity of the human brain. As per our cognitive data gathering from various level of students, we have built up a new software tool using Java Standard Edition and MySQL for equivalent distribution of programming problems dependent on our developed algorithm. The problems is categorized according to three difficulty level (simple, medium, hard) for each level of students. This will help instructor allocate problems while maintaining an equivalent level of problems for students.","PeriodicalId":242439,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Technologies for Industry 4.0 (STI)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121463907","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The improvement of document classification techniques has been noticeable worldwide recently. Many transformer-based models have been introduced for different languages, which shows significant improvement in this area of Natural Language Processing. In this paper, we have classified Bangla text documents with the most recent transformer or attention mechanism-based models. We have applied the BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) and ELECTRA (Efficiently Learning an Encoder that Classifies Token Replacements Accurately) model for Bangla text classification. Both of them are pre-training text encoders and we have applied fine-tuning approach for the downstream(classification) task. Here, we have used three different Bangla text datasets for our experiment. Both of the models provide outstanding performance for two out of three datasets we have used.","PeriodicalId":242439,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Technologies for Industry 4.0 (STI)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131407389","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

If any guided fire extinguishing quadcopter or multi-copter can be deployed on that hazardous place, then huge portion of the area would be saved from sudden fire attack on the building. In this paper, a guided quadcopter (named as FRIQ) has been designed to inject liquid or gas fire-retardant into the building floor from outside of the building. This action will be done in perpendicular to the building-wall by this quadcopter. Besides, the gas from recent miniature fire-extinguishing gas-cylinder, can also be injected by this quadcopter on the floor side. Thus, the extinguishing process will be fast enough also. In real-life, deploying multiple quadcopters of this category, will subdue the fire hazard of any building or area. To be specified that, if the fire hazardous building is congested from every side of the building, FRIQ has to go through the roof side stairs or from entry side stairs. It is to be hoped highly that this concept of the quadcopter application will be a great help for human kind to extinguish the fire hazard quickly.","PeriodicalId":242439,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Technologies for Industry 4.0 (STI)","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124833967","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While low image quality is anticipated to degrade visual identification outcomes, most present object recognition techniques and benchmarks, such as Pascal Visual Object Classes Challenge and Microsoft Common Objects in Context Challenge, concentrate on images of comparatively high quality. Meanwhile, the identification of objects in noisy images in surveillance and other fields is a prevalent issue. In this paper we discuss the detection of objects in noisy images and suggest a new low-cost technique to detect image objects from noisy images. Receiving the benefits of the Single Shot MultiBox Detector (SSD), we have presented an extensive experimental assessment with conventional detectors retrained on noisy images. Results are provided for the prevalent benchmark for object detection Pascal Visual Object Classes. Comparing with other image detection approaches, our technique has provided satisfactory performance at the time of detecting image objects from noisy images. The method can be very effective to the autonomous industries to resolve the object detection related difficulties created by insufficient lighting and lower regulation pictures.","PeriodicalId":242439,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Technologies for Industry 4.0 (STI)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128009008","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Herein, we have reported the preparation of a nano-architectured mixed metal oxide of NiO-MnXOY by using simple gel formation method towards high-performance electrochemical supercapacitor. The surface morphology of the mixed oxides was investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and was found to be in nano-dimension with capsule shape. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern demonstrated the highly crystalline structure of the mixed oxides. The quasi-rectangular CV curves of NiO-MnXOY in between (-0.4 to + 0.3 V) indicated almost ideal double-layer capacitive properties of the prepared material. However, the slightly distorted symmetrical triangular GCD confirmed the contribution of both electric double layer capacitance (EDLC), and pseudo capacitance over the total capacitance. The total specific capacitance of NiO-MnXOY was found to be 450 Fg-1 at a current density of 0.5 Ag-1 in 0.5 M Na2SO4 aqueous electrolyte. A small half semicircle arcs at the high frequency region of Nyquist plot indicated the low charge transfer resistance of NiO-MnXOY oxide at the electrode and electrolyte interfaces which facilitated the large ionic charge storage capacity of the electrode material. The excellent capacitance performance of the as prepared material demonstrated the suitability of the material for the application in practical supercapacitors.","PeriodicalId":242439,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Technologies for Industry 4.0 (STI)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127067351","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Game theory is one of them and can be used efficiently in decision making. In this paper, we study an evolutionary game theory algorithm (EGTA) and tested the algorithm in optimization function. It works with a set of players (i.e., solutions) and used an expected payoff mechanism. The payoff estimation mechanism makes a player being able to make a decision rationally. On the other hand, it generates new offspring using the imitation operator and belief-learning operator. The imitation operator tries to learn from other player’s strategies; one player updates its quality by strategically learning from another better player. Belief learning is a strategy where a player tries to improve its chromosome/solution by estimation and analyze previous information. The algorithm has been tested in solving several benchmark function optimization problems and compared with the other four methods. The game theory-based algorithm outperformed other algorithms on accuracy and stability.","PeriodicalId":242439,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Technologies for Industry 4.0 (STI)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131395775","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
