This affects the wages earned by bus drivers in the form of basic wages and overtime pay. The government has not specifically regulated the provisions of overtime drivers' wages, so that by Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Article 12 of the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number KEP. 102 / MEN / VI / 2004 concerning Overtime and Overtime Working Time shall be submitted to Perum Damri Surabaya to regulate overtime pay. The emergence of election law 7 Tahun 2017 is expected to cover the weakness of previous legilslation 8 Tahun 2012. Evidently, the regulations can not guarantee the legal certainty on campaign implementation that caused many problems in its aplication. The establishment of the new authority and task has provided a challenge for the Regional Representative Council in determining the scope of monitoring and evaluation. Overlap of functions might occur because the central government is also responsible for supervising the Local Regulations. Therefore, the Regional Representative Council should be able to spot the differences in the Local Regulations supervised by the legislative or executive councils. To avoid overlapping authorities, the monitoring and evaluation scope should be focused on formulating problems that are faced by the local government in planning, preparing, and implementing the Local Regulations. Adanya Peraturan Bersama 2 Menteri yang mengatur perizinan pendirian rumah ibadah menuai kritik dari pihak-pihak yang merasa dirugikan. Peraturan Bersama 2 Menteri dianggap melanggar hak konstitusional warga negara untuk beribadah. Di sisi lain, pendirian rumah ibadah di Indonesia merupakan hal yang sensitif bagi beberapa pihak karena agama tidak lepas dari unsur politis. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya kajian tentang urgensi adanya pengaturan pendirian rumah ibadah di Indonesia. Objek jaminan fidusia dapat disita oleh negara jika digunakan untuk melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum. Seperti kasus yang menimpa PT Astra Sedaya Finance, sebagai perusahaan pembiayaan yang merasa telah dirugikan akibat benda jaminan fidusia yang disita negara dari tangan pemberi fidusia selaku debitur karena yang bersangkutan melakukan perbuatan hukun kejahatan llegal logging.yang mengakibatkan benda objek jaminan dirampas oleh negara. Perampasan yang dilakukan oleh negara terhadap objek jaminandalam kasus illegal logging ini tidak bertentangan dengan droit de suite yang dimiliki penerima fidusia. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan adanya sifat droit de suite tersebut perusahaan pembiayaan sebagai penerima fidusia tidak kehilangan haknya untuk menuntut pelunasan utang pemberi fidusia apabila pemberi fidusia wanprestasi. Peningkatan daya beli mendorong masyarakat untuk meningkatkan konsumsi. Perjanjian kredit kendaraan bermotor pada dasarnya selalu menggunakan Perusahaan Pembiayaan Konsumen yang notabene lembaga finance akan memberlakukan perjanjian jaminan dalam memberikan kredit untuk memiliki kendaraan bermotor. Perjanjian kredit kendaraan bermotor tersebut adalah sah dan mengikat. Oleh karena itu para pihak yang membuat kesepakatan dalam perjanjian tersebut harus tunduk dan patuh melaksanakan isi perjanjian yang telah disepakatinya. Jika perjanjian tersebut diingkari, atau salah satu pihak melakukan wanprestasi, maka segala akibat hukum dari perjanjian tersebut akan membebaninya. The conclusion from this study is that the criminal act committed by fourteen companies belonging to the company Asian Agri Group (AAG) is a criminal offense in the field of corporate taxation.
