Rokhimova","doi":"10.17513/srbs.1196","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17513/srbs.1196","url":null,"abstract":"Academy, Urgench, e-mail: Shirin2111@mail.ru In experiments on outbred white rats, the effect of alloxan-induced diabetes on the weight of the body and small intestine, intestinal histostructure and on the final stage of carbohydrate hydrolysis of in the small intestine was revealed. Diabetes was caused by a single intraperitoneal injection of alloxan monohydrate (170 mg / kg). Only alloxan-treated rats with the level of glucose in the blood 3 times higher than in the control group were studied. It turned out that in rats with alloxan-induced diabetes, there was a decrease in body mass (by 23.1 %) and small intestine mass (by 23.6 %). In this case, a violation of the histological structure was manifested both in mucosa and in serosa of the small intestine wall. It was expressed in a decrease in the density of cells in intestinal muscle, submucosal and mucous layers cells. Alloxan-induced diabetes also caused mucosal edema, blood capillary filling, and desquamation of epithelial cells. In addition, on the 10 th day after administration of alloxan monohydrate, there was an increase in the activity of intestinal membrane-bound disaccharidases in alloxan-induced diabetic rats. The activity of maltase, sucrase, and lactase in rats with alloxan-induced diabetes was 25.6 %, 47.2 %, and 84.6 % higher, respectively, in comparison with rats of the control group. Kibler","doi":"10.17513/SRBS.1140","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17513/SRBS.1140","url":null,"abstract":"С помощью интрамуральной мультиполярной техники изучена последовательность деполяризации миокарда желудочков у овец и собак. Сравнительно-физиологический анализ выявил четыре основных этапа деполяризации. В первую стадию деполяризации очаги возбуждения у обоих видов животных находятся в су6эндокарде средней трети левой и верхушечной трети правой сторон перегородки. Вторая стадия у овцы характеризуется большим числом очагов возбуждения, рассредоточенных по всему миокарду желудочков. У собак они расположены только в субэндокардиальных слоях миокарда. В течение третьей фазы деполяризации у овец возбуждается основная масса желудочков, у собак только лишь примыкающая к эндокарду треть массы свободных стенок и нижние две трети перегородки. В четвертую (конечную) фазу у обоих видов животных возбуждаются в основном верхняя треть перегородки и выводной конус легочной артерии. Специфика быстрой деполяризации желудочков сердца у овец обусловлена наличием густой сети волокон Пуркинье, пронизывающих толщу миокарда вплоть до эпикарда и проводящих электрический импульс с бόльшей скоростью, чем мышечные клетки. За счет большого числа очагов первичной негативности у овец волна активации почти одновременно распространяется в радиальных и тангенциальных направлениях и деполяризует основную массу желудочков сердца. У собак за счет волокон Пуркинье возбуждаются только субэндокардиальные слои, далее волна активации чисто миогенным путем деполяризует субэпикардиальные слои. Показано, что дискордантность комплексов QRS у собак и овец обусловлена спецификой последовательности деполяризации и соответствующим вкладом в эКГ электрической активности субэндокардиальных, интрамуральных и субэпикардиальных слоев миокарда. При электрокардиографических исследованиях собак и овец необходимо учитывать специфику активации миокарда и дискордантную форму комплексов QRS, регистрируемых в сопоставимых отведениях эКГ.","PeriodicalId":24057,"journal":{"name":"Научное обозрение. {"title":"THE VERTICAL DISTRIBUTION AND SEASONAL DYNAMICS OF COTTON AGROCENOSIS PHYTONEMATODES IN BEKABAD DISTRICT OF THE TASHKENT REGION","authors":"K. Eshova, D. K. Zhumaniyozova, S. Saidova","doi":"10.17513/srbs.1172","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17513/srbs.1172","url":null,"abstract":"В статье приведены данные о видовом и количественном составе сообществ фитонематод почвенных слоёв хлопкового агроценоза Бекабадского района Ташкентской области. В результате исследований на территории региона выявлено 52 вида фитонематод. Вертикальное распределение фитонематод хлопковых полей: наиболее плотно заселен горизонт 10–20 см, а численность составила 50,4 % от общего числа обнаруженных нематод. Из экологических групп в хлопковом агроценозе обнаружены – параризобионты, вооруженные копьем – 8 видов, хищные параризобионты, вооруженные онхами один – Мononhus papillatus, параризобионты с невооруженной стомой – 2 и параризобионты, вооруженные стилетом – фитофаги – 7 видов; эусапробионты – один вид – Rhabditis brevispina; девисапробионты – 17; эктопаразитические микогельминты – 6, фитогельминты неспецифического эффекта – 2 вида, эктопаразитические перфораторы – 4 и транслятивные эндопаразитические фитогельминты – 4 вида. В сезонной динамике численности фитонематод хлопкового агроценоза наблюдаются весенний и осенний пики, когда численность особей нематод в несколько раз больше по сравнению с летним и зимним периодами исследования. Снижение видового разнообразия и численности фитонематод в зимний период связано с понижением температуры и отсутствием источника питания. Определено отличие видового разнообразия и количества фитонематод в различных слоях почвы разных сезонов, что связано с изменением влажности и температуры.","PeriodicalId":24057,"journal":{"name":"Научное обозрение.
