The study was based on the \"new economic theory of the family\", at the origins of which was the American economist G. Becker. The article notes that a purely economic approach to the family and family relations ignores the subjective element, makes the approach to love and altruism, as the initial elements of family relations, extremely reductive, not to mention the use of economic terminology (value, benefit, efficiency, rarity, etc.). to family law phenomena. As a conclusion, it is emphasized that the arguments of economists are very significant for taking into account the share of a spouse who does not work, but keeps a household, when dividing property during a divorce, when determining the amount of alimony, etc. However, outside of property relations, the economic approach does little to give both law and other humanitarian disciplines.","PeriodicalId":24039,"journal":{"name":"Вестник Тверского государственного университета. Also the author considers salary of workers with cloth, characterizes the niche of Laodicean textile in inner market of the Roman Empire and in international trade. In modern Yaroslavl, this is one of the few establishments with such a long history. On its example, one can trace the state of the pharmacy business, which is typical for the Russian provinces. The article analyzes the place and role of the Vlasievskaya pharmacy in the provision of drugs to the population and hospitals of the Yaroslavl province, reveals the regulation and features of its activities, identifies the owners and employees for a 200-year period of history. Lekanova","doi":"10.18255/1996-5648-2023-3-434-445","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18255/1996-5648-2023-3-434-445","url":null,"abstract":"The relevance of the study of the rights and obligations of parents (persons replacing them) for education using a comparative historical and legal method (by referring to Soviet legal experience) is due to the fact that it was during the Soviet period that criteria were developed that are still used by the courts to resolve cases of placing a child in foster care. The courts of the Soviet period, in the framework of cases on the placement of a child for upbringing in order to comply with the principle of the best interests of the child, were guided by the following factors as decisive: 1) the nature of the relationship between the child and the potential caregiver; 2) housing conditions; 3) moral qualities; 4) marital status; 5) the actual opportunity to engage in the upbringing of the child; 6) the opinion of the child; 7) the attachment of the child to brothers and sisters. The system of criteria for resolving cases on the transfer of a child to foster care in the course of Soviet law enforcement practice began to actively form from 1928 in connection with the participation of guardianship and guardianship authorities in such cases. However, the system of such criteria was not enshrined by the legislator either in the text of the 1926 Code of Civil Procedure of the Year or in the text of the Code of Civil Procedure of 1969. The absence of these factors in the legislation is a kind of omission of the Soviet legislator, which allowed the courts to resolve disputes about the upbringing of children without their analysis and consideration, which was especially widespread in the early years of Soviet power. Only in the post-Soviet period, an approximate system of such criteria was reflected in the Family Code of the Russian Federation.","PeriodicalId":24039,"journal":{"name":"Вестник Тверского государственного университета. As an important aspect of this problem, author regards the creation of the post of Commander in Chief of the Corps, held by General Raffaele Cadorna (1889-1973) in November 1944 - May 1945, and the gradual solution of the issue of the lines of his authority. The practice of combating a new military-criminal phenomenon is revealed. The article analyzes the main provisions of the codified acts of the Republic of Belarus, regulatory legal acts regulating notarial activity, resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus containing the rules for determining the property entering the common joint property of spouses. There are some differences in approaches to the content of the constructions «common property of spouses» and «joint property of spouses» - both at the regulatory level and in the legal positions of the courts. The main result of the considered experimental results is the substantiation of a positive solution to this issue and proof that additional procedural content is generated in the main metacognitive process - meta-thinking. It is shown that the meaning and functional purpose of this content is to expand the resource capabilities of the cognitive subsystem of the psyche.
