The manifest issue of current days is that organizations and companies which are struggling in such an unpredictable situation has to do the vast activities and they are in urgent need of gathering, processing, concluding of the extended area of data in different scopes and RFID technology is one of the pioneer high tech in this field. Radio frequency identification is a powerful emerging technology that enables companies to achieve total business visibility. By knowing the identity, location and conditions of assets, tools, inventory, people and more, companies can optimize business processes and reduce operational costs. In addition, in healthcare organizations with importance of services and their relation with human life, information assurance and quality promotion has increasingly caught the attention. This study aims to appear the prioritizing of RFID factors in healthcare organization using a multi attribute decision making methods. The study results provide useful insights and guidance for managers to measure and improve RFID systems toward improving data & information gathering. Study results show that there is a significant negative gap between perceptions and expectations of physicians and nurses in Yazd public and private hospitals in this field. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the evolution, achievements and succeeding trends of tax-payment services, with the theoretical background of e-Government, CRM, and knowledge management (KM). Through investigating in a medium-sized city local taxation bureau of China, we conducted a case study to examine both organizational schemes and ICT (information and communication technology) adoptions during the tax-services improvement. Empirical results show that over the last year, not only the accesses to information and policy-consultancy, but also the awareness of public-service have been raised into a new stage, although the deficiencies in providing personalized services for taxpayers. However, as innovation has externalities, companies are faced with the embarrassing situation that costs and benefits of innovation do not match with each other. It severely discourages companies' innovation, affecting the total social value they create. This phenomenon is particularly evident in industrial clusters. Therefore, it is considered as a new way for enterprises to look for partners to reduce development costs and share innovation benefits. In this paper, we take the Shanghai (securities) Composite Index and the Standard & Poor's 500 index as subjects. We study the original data of these two markets' daily returns in a time period of 1994-2010. Unsafe acts of operators and the preconditions of unsafe acts account for 76% of all the categories; unsafe acts of operators are mainly basic skill errors, manipulation violations, and emergency handling mistakes; preconditions of unsafe acts are mainly adverse mental states, ineffective labor division and coordination, and physical/mental limitations; most of the unsafe supervision of middle management is inadequate supervision; organization influences are mainly due to mismanagement of crew resource and poor cultural atmosphere; governmental regulation problems are mainly of inadequate inspection and audit. The aviation employers' manipulation level is significantly improved while the violation actions continually increase. Nowadays government departments can not effectively manage public crises alone, and participation of non-governmental organizations is indispensible. Corporate social responsibilities contain economic responsibilities, legal responsibilities, ethical responsibilities and charitable responsibilities.
