Notice of RetractionAnalysis on reverse knowledge transfer in transnational merge & acquirement

Knowledge is the sources of competitive advantage. In recent years, Chinese enterprises carry on transnational merger and acquirement of leading enterprises or departments of developed countries at a rapid pace. The search of the creative assets is recognized as the most important driving force. However, the key of realization of the target of getting creative assets lie in the reverse knowledge transfer, this paper analyzes issue of reverse knowledge transfer of the Chinese enterprises, and puts forward suggestions for the Chinese enterprise overcoming the disadvantages of knowledge transfer.
