We expected to use Zoom, the video conferencing platform fully supported by IT to deliver a handful of fully online and distance learning courses. Within a week we instead needed to assist with an emergency transition to teaching online fully. To support this effort, we needed to quickly scale up both a video conferencing platform and faculty development program for all faculty.
