Experiencing or witnessing DV in childhood can have long-term psychological impacts, such as the development of an anxious personality in adulthood. As individuals grow, they need to fulfill specific needs to achieve self-actualization, including safety needs. Individuals with high anxiety are most likely to have a threatened sense of security. Thus, the anxiety is predicted to be related to self-actualization. This research aims to investigate the relationship between self-actualization and anxiety in adult women who were victims of DV during childhood, with a total of 240 early adult women. The data analysis method is quantitative correlational. The role of the leader in reducing or even increasing gender microaggression in the workplace is adequately central that the leader's perception, especially their opinion of gender microaggression, will describe the leader’s decision if the female employees at the workplace obtain gender microaggression. This study used a qualitative research design with data analysis methods, particularly thematic analysis with an inductive approach. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and short stories (vignettes) for each participant. The results of the study stated that both microinsults & microinvalidation have positive impacts and microassaults have negative impacts on women. This phenomenon is viewed from the engagement and well being of workers in the workplace. Quite quiting itself is a phenomenon that describes the behavior of workers who choose to quit doing work that is not their main job at work, and become less psychologically invested in work. The approach in this study uses quantitative research methods. There were 377 research subjects spread across 21 provinces in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that employee engagement and well being owned by workers are high. This study illustrates that workers are able to psychologically invest both cognitive, emotional and behavioral in the work they do. Even workers feel psychologically prosperous in carrying out work. Jakabaring Sport City Palembang. The total population in this study was 150 teenage visitors and the samples were 105 teenage visitors to PT. Jakabaring Sport City obtained through purposive sampling technique. The measuring instruments used in this research are the self-regulation and sexual behavior scales. For analysis techniques, use simple regression analysis techniques. The results of research data analysis using the SPSS version 25 for Windows program show a correlation coefficient (R) of -0.433, a coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.188 and a p value = 0.000 (p<0.01). This shows that there is a negative relationship between self-regulation and sexual behavior among teenage visitors to PT. Jakabaring Sport City. This study aims to see the effectiveness of expressive writing therapy on increasing academic resilience. Using quantitative experimental research method with a Two Group PreTest PostTest Design, this study involved 20 students who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The measuring instrument used is the Resilient Questionnaire Scale, which is constructed based on seven resilience aspects by Reivich and Shatte. Data analysis using paired sample T-Test in the experimental group showed a pretest score of 130.93 and a posttest score of 213.40 with the Sig. value obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Juvenile offenders, who are adolescents in their developmental period, certainly experience pressures caused by various changes in environmental conditions that they must face while serving a sentence in the LPKA. Therefore, a juvenile offender must have resilience. This study aims to examine whether there is an influence between self-esteem and resilience in foster children in LPKA. The participants of this study were 132 juvenile offenders consisting of 64 juvenile offenders of LPKA X and 68 juvenile offenders of LPKA Y. The research data were collected by distributing questionnaires of Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and Resilience Quotient (RQ) measuring instruments. The hypotheses were tested using the simple linear regression method. This research method uses a correlational quantitative approach; the subjects in this study were 105 employees of PT XYZ Palembang using simple random sampling. The research instrument used is the psychological scale of self-efficacy and adversity quotient. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a simple regression test. The results of this study obtained a relationship between self-efficacy and adversity quotient in employees of PT XYZ Palembang with the results of hypothesis testing obtained, namely the results obtained based on the correlation value between the self-efficacy variable and adversity quotient, namely with a value of r = 0.397 with a value of R square = 0.157 and p = 0.000 where the value of p < 0.01. To overcome this, they must have a hardiness that can help individuals become strong and resilient in the face of complex events to survive and become resilient. This study aims to examine the relationship between hardiness and resilience in women who experience spontaneous abortion. The research method used is quantitative correlation design. Participants in this study were 117 women who had spontaneous abortions using the accidental sampling technique. </em><em>The measuring instruments in this study used the Hardiness scales (</em><em>α </em><em>= 0.857) and Adult Resilience Scale (</em><em>α </em><em>= 0.920). The correlation test results showed a significant positive relationship between hardiness and resilience (r = 0.256 and sig. = 0.003), indicating that hardiness is one of the factors that has a relationship with strength. The higher the hardiness, the higher the resilience in the life of women who have experienced spontaneous abortion. This study used a quantitative method with measuring tools such as the Work Stress Scale, the Multicultural Personality Scale, and the Interpersonal Relations Scale with Colleagues. Study The population of this study were members of the Semarang Police Traffic Unit. The sampling technique for this study used identifiable sampling. The data obtained were then analyzed with multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there is a personality relationship with interpersonal relationships with co-workers and work stress for members of the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit which produces a negative relationship in multicultural personality with work stress. with colleagues with work stress where the higher the interpersonal relationship with coworkers, the lower the work stress, the opposite will result. This means that there is a relationship between multicultural personality and interpersonal relationships with coworkers with work stress members of the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit, and partially there is a very significant negative relationship between multicultural personality and work stress of members of the Semarang Polrestabes Traffic Unit, and interpersonal relationships with colleagues with work stress of members of the Semarang Traffic Police.Keywords: multicultural personality, interpersonal relationships, work stress Abstrak. Based on the latest data from the Central Statistics Agency for 2015 in Indonesia, especially in the North Sulawesi province there were 35.851.00 individuals who migrated outside the region and lived separately from their families. This condition makes couples who are in long-distance relationship may had diverse experience about their marital life satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to examine the difference in marital satisfaction of couples who have long-distance relationships in terms of child presence. This study will use a comparative quantitative method with snowball sampling. There were 87 participants (44 have children and 43 have no children) involved in the study of husband/wife in ethnic Minahasa. The scale used is the ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale (EMS) by Fowers and Olson (1993). The results of the independent sample t-test were 0.524 (p>0.05), that means there was no difference in marital satisfaction for couples who had long-distance relationships, both those who already had children and those who did not have children.Keywords:, Marital Satisfaction, Long Distance Relationship, Child PresenceAbstrak. Pernikahan jarak jauh banyak ditemui pada zaman modern seperti saat ini. Di Indonesia, khususnya di provinsi Sulawesi Utara berdasarkan data terbaru Badan Pusat Statistik 2015 sebanyak 35.851.00 jiwa individu yang melakukan migrasi ke luar daerah dan hidup terpisah dengan keluarga. Kondisi ini membuat pasangan yang menjalani hubungan jarak jauh merasakan kepuasan pernikahan yang berbeda. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan kepuasan pernikahan pada pasangan yang menjalani hubungan jarak jauh ditinjau dari keberadaan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif komparatif dengan snowball sampling. Partisipan merupakan suami/istri masyarakat suku Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara sebanyak 87 orang (44 orang memiliki anak dan 43 orang belum memiliki anak). Skala yang digunakan yaitu ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale (EMS) oleh Fowers dan Olson (1993).
