Управление. Контроль Measuring. Monitoring. Management. Control 56 rameters for the quantitative estimation of the error of measurement of coordinates are proposed. Results. A significant influence of the surface color on the measurement error of the coordinates of the points is established. In this case, the greatest errors occur when scanning surfaces with black, green, blue, orange, red color. The error value for the most unfavorable color options reaches up to 3 mm in scope and 0,7 mm in standard deviation. The investigated error when painting the surface in the colors of light tones is reduced several times, in particular, its root mean square value was 0,035 mm. Conclusions. The developed technique and the results can be used to assess the effect of surface color on the measurement error of the coordinates of the points of scanning measuring systems of other types, built on the principles of triangulation, photogrammetry. Введение Измерения геометрических параметров деталей сложной формы часто выполняются с применением координатных методов. Такие методы позволяют получить трехмерную геометрическую модель объекта и реализуются с помощью координатно-измерительных машин (КИМ) и оптоэлектронных бесконтактных сканирующих систем. Преимущества оптоэлектронных бесконтактных систем перед КИМ заключаются в высоком быстродействии и в возможности получения значительных массивов координат измеренных точек поверхностей деталей, расположенных с высокой плотностью [1]. Типовая схема трехкоординатной лазерной сканирующей оптоэлектронной измерительной системы (ЛСОИС) представлена на рис. 1. Сканируемая деталь 1 установлена на поворотном столе 2. Сканирующая оптоэлектронная система включает излучатель – лазер 3, цифровую видеокамеру 4 на основе ПЗС-матрицы, которая установлена на подвижной каретке 5, может перемещаться в вертикальном направлении Z и совершать угловые перемещения φ2.
