A more significant analysis of causes for triggering such crimes becomes essential to ensure a reduction in such crimes. To reach into the complexity of crimes done under sudden rage, it becomes vital first to understand the existing mechanism of the criminal legal system and its functioning. Under the criminal legal system, the crime is traceable by specific codified procedures. Aspects related to such a classical mindset of crime stages shall be covered to reflect upon the scope of the new rising challenge of rage crimes. There is a need for more improvisation of the criminal legal system for greater accountability of crimes, for which the article covers suitable recommendations. Key Words. The results showed that the wheat equivalent yield was received maximum of 80.01and 79.71q/ha with FYM application while in gypsum reduced 74.32 and 76.26q/ha and minimum equivalent yield of 71.79 and 73.23q/ha was recorded in control plot during first and second years, respectively. On the mean basis gross income of Rs. 63159 and Rs. 63878 /ha and net profit of Rs. 28246 and Rs. 29017/ha were significantly more obtained with FYM from maize-wheat system during both year, respectively while, gypsum gave gross income of Rs. 59199 and 60653/ha and net profit Rs. 26479 and Rs. 27933/ha during respective years. The percentage increment of FYM in soil conditioner over control was 10.77% and 9.18% net profit in first and second years respectively. In case of fertilizer, significantly maximum equivalent yield of 80.85 and 82.07 q/ha was obtained at 125% fertilizer during first and second year, respectively. The highest gross income of Rs. 63798 and Rs. 64854/ha was achieved with 125% fertilizer while maximum net profit of Rs. 28901 and Rs. 29682/ha was obtained with 100% RDF during first and second year. The increment percentage in net profit of 22.05% and 19.91% compared to 50% RDF during both the years, respectively. Therefore, application of FYM @ 5ton/ha along with 100% RDF proved to be most economic combination of the system. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design with four replications keeping three soil conditioners viz., control, gypsum and FYM and four fertilizer doses viz., 125%RDF, 100%RDF, 75%RDF and 50%RDF. The total treatment combinations were twelve in the present field experimentations. The results revealed that the yield attributes were significantly higher with FYM application @ 5t/ha during both the years, respectively. It enhanced the grain yield to the tune of 4.21 & 2.78 and 4.01 & 2.74q/ha and straw yield 2.93 & 2.16 and 4.52 & 3.71q/ ha over control and gypsum, respectively, in respective years. The margin of 18.7 and 7.7 % in first year and 16.7 and 7.14% in second year in grain yield and in straw yield of 12.95 and 5.74% in first year and 11.4 and 5.24% in second year over 50% and 75%RDF applied, respectively. Applications of 125% RDF were statistically at par to 100% RDF and significantly higher over 75% and 50% RDF. The margin in yield of 7.66%, 7.14%, 18.7%, 16.7% and straw yield 5.74%, 5.24%, 12.95% and 11.14% over 75% and 50% of the recommended doses of fertilizer in both year, respectively. The crucial and powerhungry block in the filter is a multiplier. To implement the low power FIR filter a twodimensional variable precision fine-grain pipeline gating technique is introduced in the multiplier. The optimized multiplier is used to implement the transposed form-based FIR filter for the order N = 8 in ASIC design tools from Cadence in CMOS 45nm Technology. The designed FIR filter is compared with the existing multiplier-based FIR filters. The power-saving is achieved by the proposed filter is 22% without any degradation in the speed. The area penalty is 3% only due to the variable precision two-dimensional pipeline gating technique. Among the various alcohols, ethanol is considered most appropriate fuels for SI engines, because of its superior fuel quality and ecological benefits. In this experiment, ethanol was blended in different ratios as 0%, 5%, 10% and 20% with gasoline. The effect of the ethanol/gasoline blends on engine emissions at various compression ratios (CRs) of 10:1, 10.5:1, 11:1 and 11.5:1 was studied and examine by using computerized single cylinder, 4 stroke, multi-fuel, variable CRs engine. Engine emission characteristics are studied experimentally by the combustion of different blends of E0, E5, E10 and E20 at different loads of 0 kg, 1 kg, 2 kg and 3 kg. Result shows that adding ethanol in gasoline engine at CRs of 10:1, 10.5:1, 11:1, and 11.5:1 emission reduces (CO, CO2, NOx except HC). Additionally, CO2 emissions were found lower in E0 at CR 10.5:1 and also at CR 11.5:1 as compared to E5, E10 and E20. Also, it was observed that blended fuel permits varying CRs without any knock occurrence. Finally, octane numbers are found to be higher with ethanol blends. As Rapid Visual Screening is a preliminary stage to conducting a Simplified Vulnerability Assessment of the building. The rapid visual screening procedure requires only a visual evaluation and a few additional details. These procedures are recommended for all buildings. Rapid Visual Screening score has been evaluated for the various building which suggests further assessment for Seismic Vulnerability. India is expected to be the most populous country in the world by 2025. India has a huge volume of building stocks at present, and most of them are significantly vulnerable to earthquake hazards. In order to overcome this issue, firstly it is required to conduct the seismic vulnerability assessment at a massive scale of building stocks and buildings with a high probability of damage further evaluated with the simplified vulnerability assessment method procedures. After a detailed evaluation, it recommends a suitable retrofitting strategy. In this paper, we have studied various parameters of the Rapid Visual Screening method and the procedure to conduct it.
