In surface water bodies, phenols occur in the form of their derivatives, namely: free phenols, phenolate ions and phenolates. The listed compounds have different degrees of toxicity, forming humus-like compounds as a result of polymerization and condensation reactions. For this reason, the treatment of phenolic wastewater is a very urgent problem in the petrochemical industry due to the high carcinogenicity of these impurities. Deep purification of water effluents is complicated by the fact that none of the known methods of removing phenols can achieve, with relatively acceptable technical and economic indicators, the required degree of purification. Guniakova","doi":"10.32758/2782-3040-2023-0-3-48-53","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32758/2782-3040-2023-0-3-48-53","url":null,"abstract":"The features of phenol alkylation by higher alpha-olefins in order to obtain mono-substituted alkylphenols (o-AF and p-AF) using commercial industrial samples of sulfocationites: Hydrolite ZG CD552, ND-102 and the line of catalysts Purolite CT275DR/4503, CT275DR/4883, CT151DR, CT169DR, which belong to macroporous and are in different price categories. A feature of these cationites is a particularly strong matrix of regularly cross-linked divinylbenzene styrene copolymer. The structure of the granules combines the increased rigidity of the polymer mesh with a highly developed surface of the pores for exchange, which provides a large concentration of available exchange groups and high diffusion permeability of the granules. A comparative analysis of the catalytic activity of alkylation catalysts was carried out, which showed that, despite the high activity of all the studied catalysts in the reaction of alkylation of phenol with ethylene oligomers (OE) of the C16-C18 fraction, most of the studied catalysts showed low thermal stability and showed a tendency to rapid mechanical destruction. It was found that the experimental package of PH-SL additives in the composition of engine oil has a stable colloidal structure, surpasses the imported package in terms of thermal oxidative stability and tendency to varnish formation and is on par with it in terms of tribological characteristics. During the monitoring of qualitative changes in the state of oxidized oils, including using the method of IR-Fourier spectrometry, it was found that oil with an experimental additive package has an advantage in changing the kinematic viscosity of oxidized oil and the degree of activation of detergent additives compared with oil containing an imported additive package. Based on the results of comparative tests on colloidal and operational properties, it was found that the experimental additive package is at the level of an imported analog. Under laboratory conditions, the influence of sulfur-containing, phosphorus-containing compounds, reagents containing nitrogen and oxygen-containing compounds in their composition on the process of coke deposition on a metal plate during visbreaking was studied. The process of tar coke deposition in the process of visbreaking in the presence of developed passivators, in the amount of 5, 10, 15 ppm, was studied during preliminary treatment of the reactor and metal plate for 24 hours. The study of the process was carried out on a laboratory batch coking unit with appropriate temperature conditions. It is the superalkaline alkylphenol additives that have shown high technological performance in various operating modes for many years, and this is precisely what meets the requirements of today. Also, great attention should be paid to the availability of raw materials. It is shown that the production of demanded unmodified grades of road bitumen PG 64-28 and PG 58-34 according to GOST R 58400.1 in the conditions of weighting of crude oil during the implementation of the ELOU-AVT-6 installation project at Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim, it is possible if measures are taken to compensate for the deficit in paraffin-naphthenic and aromatic compounds. The three-component reaction of epichlorohydrin with various potassium alkylxanthogenates and a secondary amine, whereby the secondary amine was taken strictly according to the calculations, was to obtain β-hydroxy-γ-dibutylaminopropyl esters of alkylxanthogenic acids. The structure of β-hydroxy-γ-dibutylaminopropyl esters of alkylxanthogenic acids was confirmed by IR spectroscopy. Alkylxanthogenic acid derivatives have been investigated as additives for transmission oils. All derivatives had effective tribological characteristics, that is, extreme pressure and antiwear properties.An increase in the alkyl radical leads to some change in extreme pressure properties, reducing the scuffing index from 570N to 530N and the critical load from 1260N to 1190 N. The connections were tested in SN-1200 base oil and I-40A industrial oil. In both oils, they showed better efficiency than additives LZ-23k and ABES, especially in terms of antiwear properties. The influence of sulfur-containing, phosphorus-containing compounds, developed reagents containing combined organic and inorganic compounds in their composition, on the process of tar coke formation during visbreaking has been studied. The process of tar coke formation in the process of visbreaking in the presence of DMDS, DMSO, DMS, TPP, TPPO in the amount of 5, 10, 15 ppm was studied; developed inhibitors of coke formation (IK-1, IK-2, IK-3) at a dosage of 5, 10 and 15 ppm. The study of the process was carried out on a laboratory delayed coking unit with appropriate temperature conditions.
