Aminova","doi":"10.32758/2782-3040-2023-0-2-46-51","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32758/2782-3040-2023-0-2-46-51","url":null,"abstract":"The article describes the synthesis of 2-butoxymethoxy-1-bromo-3-chloropropane, new as synthon, on the basis of which a number of new derivatives of 2-butoxymethoxypropylene -2-chloroxanthogenate, diethylditocarbamate and thiocyanates containing a simple ether group in the molecule are obtained. The synthesized compounds were studied as extreme pressure additives in MC-20 oil on a four-ball friction machine (FFM). Research results have shown that these compounds have high extreme pressure properties. The relationship between the extreme pressure efficiency of the obtained compounds with their composition and structure was revealed. It has been established that with the introduction of a simple ether group (-OCH2OC4H9), the tribological properties of these compounds are improved. The advantages of synthetic-based oils are excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics, good low-temperature fluidity, high anticorrosive properties, as well as increased thermal-oxidative stability, compatibility with materials. Since synthetic oils are chemically stable, they retain their original characteristics longer under adverse operating conditions. Other advantages of synthetic oils include increased resistance to shear deformations (due to the uniformity of the structure), high dispersing ability, fire resistance, chemical inertia and non-toxicity. It is also important that the synthetic base requires the introduction of a minimum amount of thickening additives. In addition, their resource significantly exceeds the resource of petroleum oils of a similar purpose. Among the numerous lubricants, a special place is given to low-viscosity hydraulic oils used in autonomous hydraulic drives of special equipment. The developed additive packages have passed qualification tests for compliance with the requirements of the international standard DIN 51524 with positive results and have been approved by the world's leading manufacturers of hydraulic equipment from Danieli and Bosch Rexroth. An important stage in the planning and implementation of such processes is the selection of a catalyst. Recently, zeolites of various structures and modifications have become very popular as catalysts. In this work, processing on a zeolite catalyst of the ZSM-5 type of a straight-run diesel fraction and a blend of a diesel fraction with 50% vol. sunflower oil, were implementation. Regularities of the effect of sunflower oil involvement in processing on a zeolite catalyst on the composition and properties of the obtained products are revealed. It has been established that the products of joint processing of sunflower oil and straight-run diesel fraction on a zeolite catalyst meet to the arctic brand of diesel fuel in terms of low-temperature properties. It is shown that the obtained product of processing on zeolite is a promising blending component for the production of low-freezing diesel fuels. The received results indicate the feasibility of joint processing of vegetable oils and straight-run diesel fractions on zeolite catalysts. In the course of research, was developed the method for the synthesis of hindered phenols by cycloalkylation of 4-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid methyl ester with 1-methylcyclopentene, 1- and 3-methylcyclohexenes in the presence of a KU-23 cation exchanger catalyst. The influence of different kinetic parameters (temperature, time of the reaction, molar ratio of the initial components, amount of catalyst) on the yield and selectivity of the target product was determined, thereby determining the optimal process mode. It has been established that at low temperatures (60-80°C) of the reaction of cycloalkylation of phenol with 1(3)-methylcycloalkenes in the presence of a KU-23 catalyst, O-alkylation of phenol is observed, with the formation of alkylphenyl ethers. With an increase in the temperature of the cycloalkylation reaction, the concentration of alkylphenyl ethers gradually decreases, and the alkyl substituent migrates to the ortho position (Claisen rearrangement). The optimal conditions for the reaction of cycloalkylation of methyl ester of 4-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid with methylcyclenes are: temperature 90-110ºС, reaction time 5-5.5 h, molar ratio of ether to cyclene 1:1, amount of catalyst - 10% per taken ether. Under these conditions, the yield of target products is 68.7-79.5% of theory per taken ether, and the selectivity is 93.4-97.3% for the target product. The structure and composition of the products of the cycloalkylation reaction were confirmed by spectral and chromatographic methods of analysis. The authors have synthesized p-toluenesulfomethyl- and allylxanthates, previously undescribed in the literature, obtained by the reaction of p-toluenesulfochloride with methyl- and allylxanthates. Particular attention is paid to the synthesis and structural proof of the synthesized compounds by studying their elemental analysis, physicochemical properties, and IR spectra. The main content of the study is devoted to the study of synthesized compounds as extreme pressure additives for transmisson oils. The authors present comparative tests of the extreme pressure properties of p-toluenesulfomethyl- and allylxanthates, with the known extreme pressure additive LZ-23k, as well as with the aroxycarbonylmethylisopropylxanthate and allyloxymethylisopropylxanthate described in the literature, carried out on a four-ball friction machine (FBM) The analysis of the study data showed a high extreme pressure efficiency of the synthesized compounds. The dependence of the extreme pressure properties of the compounds on their structure is shown. It is shown that the production of road bitumen with the required level of properties under conditions of weighting of petroleum raw materials is possible with the implementation of measures that help compensate for the shortage of paraffin-naphthenic and aromatic compounds, however, the quality reserve of the resulting binders decreases.
