There are different sources of funds which could be used by the entrepreneur like venture capital firm or angel investors etc. Funds could be arranged from these funding agents only when the startups have a proof for their concept. Similarly, loans could be provided by banks, but there is a possibility to get from the banks only when the applicants is being backed by assets. It is very important for providing seed funding to the startups who are having an innovative idea for conducting proof of concept trials. Government is not directly funding the startups under Startup India initiative. For providing capital at different stages in the business cycle, Government has implemented Fund of Funds for Startups (FFS) Scheme and Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS). This study is based on secondary data which is based on Fund of Funds for Startups (FFS) Scheme and Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS). Data has been analyzed using tables and graphs. Industrialization in the rural as well as backward areas, there has been reduction in regional imbalances and also assured equitable distribution of national wealth and income. The domain of MSMEs has been widening among different sectors and this has diversified different types of product and services for meeting demands of people functioning in domestic and global market. The objectives of the study are to understand the role of MSMEs in the Indian economy, to evaluate the contribution of males and females towards growth of MSMEs and to estimate the distribution of MSMEs based on different social groups. This study is descriptive in nature as it is based on understanding about the role which MSMEs play in the Indian economy. MSMEs are considered to be complementary to the larger industries since the contribution by the ancillary units as well as this sector has contributed in a significant manner in inclusive India’s industrial development. This study is based on evaluation of contribution of males and females towards growth of MSMEs and to estimate the distribution of MSMEs based on different social groups. Banking is one of the sectors which are seeing rapid adoption of AI, as banks are being proactive about improving customer experience by leveraging the abundance of data which the business revolves around. AI is found in all streams of operations such as Retail, health care centers, Logistics, lending, Inventory control, Farming, insurance or wealth management, AI technologies have shown potential of making them all better. The use of Artificial Intelligence in Banking is focused on providing good customer service or engagement such as balance inquiry, accessing mini statements, fund transfers, etc. Thus improving the improving the efficiency of operations.AI will take away all the Bengaluru city there is when it comes to banking, and use the huge amount of structured as well as unstructured data. It provides enormous benefits such as better customer experience operations, reduced operational costs and risks, fraud detection, Improved loan facility and provides quick solutions to customer queries and grievances. The Research has been conducted to study the impact of AI. The Researcher are mainly collecting the large number of data with the help of primary data from a sample size of 50 respondents with the help of structured questionnaire and the Researcher is going to analyze the data using Logistic Regression Analysis, F- Test and secondary data which is analysed by descriptive analysis. A snowball sampling approach was used to collect the data from 20 small and medium scale industries in Nepal. 300 workers from the four industrial estates, who work in a range of industries, make up the sample. These workers' viewpoints served as the foundation for this study's analysis. Three stages were involved in gathering these workers' viewpoints. Many factors determine the effective implementation of GHRM practices. The notable determinants include societal contribution, environmental concerns, competitive financial advantage, economic considerations, government pressure, government incentives, community pressure, top management support, market share growth, media relations strategies, public relations strategies, and sustainable policies. However, many potential factors create barriers to the implementation of GHRM practices in their industries. These include the cost of implementing green practices, the complexity and difficulty of adapting green technology, lack of awareness about environmental management, lack of organizational support, lack of managerial interest, employee resistance, and poor level of knowledge. Some other factors such as lack of understanding of green policies, lack of financial gains, lack of support from staff, and high employee turnover also hinder effective practices of GHRM in Nepalese industries. Industries, nowadays, must implement environmentally friendly HR initiatives and practices to ensure the sustainable use of resources, which will increase efficiency, decrease waste, and improve job-related behaviors.
