The idea of developing a tourist village came from the association of village officials who are members of the Tirtayasa village rose which has a mission of environmental conservation and economic development of tirtayasa villagers. Awareness to preserve the natural potential of the village as a tourist attraction is carried out by means of 1) Hygiene awareness movement 2) Cooperation with the Environmental Agency (DLH) of Serang Regency 3) Cooperation with the Digital Waste Bank 4) Citizen education about the 3R movement (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) 5) Management of the economic potential of domestic waste in community service programs. The Student Work Lecture Program (KKM) related to community service in Tirtayasa village can help overcome environmental problems related to accumulated domestic waste, increase awareness of clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) and provide citizen engagement related to environmental awareness through the economic value of waste in improving family welfare. Implementation Of the method used in this activity is Socialization (Counseling) with lectures and questions and answers. Lectures were conducted to socialize information about epidemics, eradication and dengue management. The purpose of this activity is to provide public knowledge and understanding of the dengue epidemic in their environment and provide community knowledge and understanding of dengue fever management and eradication in the surrounding environment. The socialization of dengue disease prevention and eradication activities has been carried out well and the participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the activity. This services is a qualitative field services (field services). with a normative approach, sociological services shows that: 1) efforts to prevent early marriage include conducting socialization in the form of counseling about the impact of early marriage on children's future. and reproductive health impacts. Forming a movement community to stop child marriage; 2) causes of early marriage include economic factors, family, promiscuity and low levels of education have an impact on increasing the number of children dropping out of school, especially girls, violence against women, maternal and infant mortality; 3) the community responds positively to efforts to prevent violence against children that have an impact on the future; 4) the salvation of the soul is more important than the desire to inherit. So that government support is needed to further strengthen prevention efforts and understanding the community to prevent early childhood. The condominium women empowerment program is based on Surabaya Mayor Regulation No. 55/2016 on the regulation, control, empowerment of women and child protection in the city of Surabaya, which provides various kinds of knowledge and knowledge in exploring self-potential that can be used to increase the income of women in flats. The women of flats are vying to increase their income in the midst of the covid pandemic. The MSME empowerment process is implemented through Community Service (PKM) activities providing empirical ideas for real work for the advancement of MSMEs that are more independent. Economic empowerment through MSMEs can create an integrated unity between the role of the campus and the community, especially in RW 07, Padurenan Village, Tangerang City. However, there are problems faced by SMEs including a). Production is only in the manufacture of components or products, b) The lack of competence of SMEs in the application of technology c), Weak competence in the production and management process. Departing from the real problems and conditions, the role of MSMEs for the family economy is to increase the need for support from human resources, capital, media equipment, processes and marketing, and good use of natural resources and human resources. Therefore, the family economy can improve if it is seen in the increase in employment, income, always having assets, and meeting needs. Thus, it can be seen that the impact of the existence of MSMEs needs to provide benefits for the suitability of personal and corporate life.
