The purpose of this study was to determine the educational value of guel dance character in the Gayo Community in Central Aceh District. The theory used in this study is the theory of the value of character education by Ramli, and is supported by the opinion of the Ministry of National Education (2010: i-ii) which states 18 the value of character education but the focus of the author's research is only 4 namely, the value of character education namely religious, care for the environment, social care and responsibility. The population in this study were all the people of Takengon, Central Aceh District. The research sample was part of the Takengon community consisting of traditional figures, cultural figures and guel dance artists. The results of the four values of character education are seen from the range of movements and history of the guel dance namely the existence of hooks contained in the value of character education that refers to each value in the gayo community in Central Aceh District. Keyword: Values, Character, Dance, Guel     ABSTRAK - Metode penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai pendidikan karakter tari guel Pada Masyarakat Gayo di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tentang  nilai pendidikan karakter oleh Ramli, serta didukung dengan pendapat Kemendiknas (2010: i-ii) yang mengemukakan 18 nilai pendidikan karakter namun yang menjadi fokus penelitian penulis hanya 4 yakni, nilai pendidikan karakter yaitu religius, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial dan tanggung jawab. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Takengon Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Sampel penelitian sebagian masyarakat Takengon yang terdiri dari tokoh adat, budayawan dan seniman tari guel. The theories used are Application theory (Afi Parnawi, 2020:67), Online Learning theory (Meda Yuliani, et al., 2020:2), Effectiveness of Learning theory (Reymond, H.S, 2009:31). The method used is an experimental method with research samples is an X-IPA class of 33 students. Data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, documentation, and tests. Data analysis using Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Average Difference t Test, and Correlation Coefficient Test. The results of the study began by validating the essay test as many as 10 questions, then conducted pretest. Student learning outcomes in the pretest amounted to 37,725. Then given the learning treatment, there are obstacles during the learning process, namely: lack of discipline, network limitations, insufficient quotas, weak teacher interaction with students. subsequently implemented posttest. Student learning outcomes in the posttest only reached 64.54 < 70. There was an increase in learning outcomes but it was not significant that students graduated only by 27% < 75% and the poll data showed a negative number – 0.105. From the information above shows that the application of Mak Inang Pulau Kampai dance learning online in class X-IPA at SMA Ar-Rahman Medan has not been effective, then the hypothesis of this research is Ho accepted and Ha rejected.Keywords: Mak Inang Dance Learning, Daring, Effectiveness ABSTRAK - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan pembelajaran tari Mak Inang Pulai Kampai secara daring dan pengaruhnya terhadap efektitivtas belajar siswa kelas X-IPA di SMA Ar-Rahman Medan. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori Penerapan (Afi Parnawi, 2020:67), teori Pembelajaran Daring (Meda Yuliani, dkk, 2020:2), teori Efektivitas Belajar (Reymond, H.S, 2009:31). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan sampel penelitian adalah kelas X-IPA sejumlah 33 siswa. Tehnik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Analisis data  menggunakan Uji Normalitas, Uji Homogenitas, Uji t Beda Rata-rata, dan Uji Koefisien Korelasi. Hasil penelitian dimulai dengan memvalidasi soal tes essay sebanyak 10 soal, kemudian dilaksanakan pretest. Hasil belajar siswa pada pretest sebesar 37,725. Kemudian diberi perlakuan pembelajaran, terdapat kendala selama proses pembelajaran, yakni: kurangnya kedisiplinan, keterbatasan jaringan, kuota tidak mencukupi, lemahnya interaksi guru dengan siswa. selanjutnya dilaksanakan posttest. Hasil belajar siswa pada posttest hanya mencapai 64,54 < 70. Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar tetapi tidak signifikan yaitu siswa lulus hanya sebesar 27% < 75% dan hasil data angket menunjukkan angka negatif yaitu – 0,105. Meusekat dance provides many lessons for the community in living their lives which can be observed from the dance composition, musical accompaniment, floor patterns that are part of their appearance. Based on this, this research was conducted to see the value of character education in the lives of the Alas people. The analysis uses Asmani's theory (2011: 36-40) which suggests 5 values of character education, namely 1) the value of character education in relationships with God, 2) the value of character education in relationships with oneself, 3) the value of character education in relationships with others, 4) the value of education. character of the relationship with the natural surroundings/environment, and 5) the value of character education in relation to nationality. Of these five values, four values are used except the value of character education in relation to the natural environment/environment. The samples in this study were community leaders and dancers from the Bekhudihe studio. Data collection techniques using qualitative analysis. From the results of this study, there are values of character education seen from dance elements ranging from motion, poetry and clothing according to the Meusekat dance which refers to each character education value in the Alas community in Southeast Aceh Regency.Keyword:Value, Character Education, Mesekat Dance \u0000 \u0000  ABSTRAK - Tari Meusekat merupakan salah satu tari yang ada di Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara, tepatnya pada masyarakat Alas, yang dipentaskan sebagai tari hiburan bagi mereka. Tari Meusekat memberikan banyak pelajaran-pelajaran bagi masyarakat dalam menjalani kehidupannya yang dapat diamati dari susunan tarian, iringan musik, pola lantai yang menjadi bagian dari penampilannya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat Nilai pendidikan karakter yang ada didalamnya dalam kehidupan masyarakat Alas. Analisis menggunakan teori Asmani (2011: 36-40) yang mengemukakan 5 nilai pendidikan karakter yaitu 1) nilai pendidikan karakter hubungan dengan Tuhan, 2) nilai pendidikan karakter hubungan dengan diri sendiri, 3) nilai pendidikan karakter hubungan dengan sesama, 4) nilai pendidikan karakter hubungan dengan alam sekitar/lingkungan, dan 5) nilai pendidikan karakter hubungan dengan kebangsaan. Dari kelima nilai ini, digunakan empat nilai kecuali nilai Pendidikan karakter hubungan dengan alam sekitar/lingkungan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tokoh masyarakat dan penari sanggar Bekhudihe. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. In this study using the theory of Cahyorini and Rusfian (2011: 28): \"Packaging is an activity consisting of graphic design, product information and design structure\". Rudi Susilana and Cepi Riyana (2017: 15): \"A module is a program package that is arranged in certain units and is designed in such a way for the learning interests of students\". This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique was in the form of laboratory work carried out in the Dance Education Study Program at the State University of Medan. The product of this research is in the form of module teaching materials which are packaged with packaging procedures, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The compiled modules contain the syllabus, lesson plans and learning material for the Rapa'i Geleng dance based on KD 3.1, namely concepts, techniques and procedures. Based on the material and media feasibility test, the score was 4.66 from the material expert validation test, a score of 4.6 from the media expert validation test. This score proves that the Rapa'i Geleng dance learning module is very well used as teaching material by teachers in learning dance for high school class XI students. Keywords: Packaging, Rapa'i Geleng Dance, Module            ABSTRAK - Modul tari Rapa’i Geleng merupakan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan untuk bahan ajar di Sekolah Menengah Atasa kelas XI. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Cahyorini dan Rusfian (2011:28): “Pengemasan adalah kegiatan yang terdiri dari desain grafis, informasi produk serta struktur desain”. Rudi Susilana dan Cepi Riyana (2017:15): “Modul adalah suatu paket program yang disusun dalam bentuk satuan tertentu dan didesain sedemikian rupa guna kepentingan belajar siswa”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa kerja laboraturium yang dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Tari Universitas Negeri Medan. Produk dari penelitian ini berupa bahan ajar modul yang dikemas dengan prosedur pengemasan yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Modul yang disusun berisi Silabus, RPP dan materi pembelajaran tari Rapa’i Geleng berdasaran KD 3.1 yaitu konsep, teknik dan prosedur. Berdasaran uji kelayakan materi dan media didapat skor  4,66 dari uji validasi ahli materi, skor 4,6 dari uji validasi ahli media. The interactive module for the Basic Dance Practice course was chosen due to the fact that it is the basic learning of dance movements that must be fully mastered by students before studying other dance practice materials. This study belongs to a development research (R&D) using the ADDIE learning design model which has 5 stages: (A)nalysis finding out the problems of learning dance practice related to learning resources and the media used, (D)esign planning for making interactive modules and features in it, (D)evelopment processing materials that will be included in the interactive module, starting from dance videos, sounds, music, quizzes, etc. Then, it is proceed with compiling and finishing the interactive module, (I)mplementation starting with the socialization of the interactive module to students so that it can be used properly by students on their cellphones or laptops, and (E)valuation evaluating the module and the results of using the module for students in learning the practice of basic dance movements. The results of this study show that the interactive module of the Basic Dance Course can help the learning process for both lecturers and students to improve their practical skills. Key Words: Interactive Module, Basic Dance Practice    ABSTRAK – Penggunaan  modul interaktif untuk matakuliah praktik Gerak Dasar Tari dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk membantu pembelajaran daring agar dapat berjalan maksimal dan tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Modul interaktif untuk matakuliah praktik Gerak Dasar Tari dipilih karena mata kuliah gerak dasar tari merupakan pembelajaran dasar gerak tari yang harus dikuasai oleh mahasiswa dengan sempurna sebelum mempelajari materi praktik tari lainnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model design pembelajaran ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahapan  yaitu (A)nalisys, mencari tahu tentang permasalahan pembelajaran praktik tari berkaitan dengan sumber belajar serta media yang digunakan (D)esain, merencanakan pembuatan modul interaktif dan fitur-fitur yang ada didalamnya, (D)evelopment, memproses bahan-bahan yang akan dimasukkan kedalam modul interaktif. Mulai dari video gerak tari, suara, musik, kuiz dan lain sebagainya. The theory used in this research is dance structure theory by Anya Peterson Royce (2007) and function theory by Wardhana (1990). The sample in this study amounted to 3 people. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview, documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that, 1) Tortor Turahan was used as a dance for mutual cooperation, but over time this dance was used as an entertainment dance to welcome honorary guests. 2) The structure in this study is seen in the relationship between the sections, namely the beginning, the content, and the end. 3) The function of Tortor Turahan in ancient times was a dance performed by the community as part of a ceremony as a form of mutual cooperation to build the royal palace of Simalungun, then at this time it changed its function to an entertainment dance performed at certain events such as picking up great guests, and anytime if any. important events.Keyword: Function, Structure, Tortor Turahan.                                        ABSTRAK - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kajian struktur dan fungsi Tortor Turahan di masyarakat Simalungun. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in learning Dance by applying the NHT (Numbered Heads Together) learning model on the Naposo Nauli Tortor material based on KD 3.2, namely understanding the shape, type, and aesthetic value in a variety of traditional dance movements.The theory used in this research is Istarani theory (2017: 12), namely NHT (Numbered heads together) is a series of delivery of material using groups as a forum to unite students' perceptions/thoughts on questions raised or asked by the teacher, which will then be held responsible by students according with a teacher request number from each group. This type of research is a quasi experiment using the t test formula. The sample in this study consisted of one class determined by random sampling technique, namely class X MIA 1 of SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. The instrument used in this study was an objective test consisting of 20 multiple choice questions. Pretest results using conventional learning models obtained an average of 64,5, while the posttest results using the NHT (Numbered heads together) learning model obtained an average value of 80,16. These results indicate a significant increase in student learning outcomes through the implementation of the NHT (Numbered heads together) learning model tcount> ttable ie 41,21> 1,67. Thus the research hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Keyword: Student learning outcomes, Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung, NHT (Numbered heads together).   ABSTRAK - Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang Model NHT (Numbered Heads Together) dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas x pada materi Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung di SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Seni Tari dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran NHT (Numbered Heads Together) pada materi Tortor Naposo Nauli berdasarkan KD 3.2 yaitu memahami bentuk, jenis, dan nilai estetis dalam ragam gerak tari tradisi. The theoretical foundation that is used as a guideline in this study is the theory of Arianty et al, (2016: 106), the theory of Rayandra Asyhar (2012: 45) and Sumarno (2011: 23) which explain how the stages or procedures in making audio visual media. The data in this study are in the form of literature and field studies. Literature study is reading references in the form of books, journals / articles and research results. Meanwhile, field data were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The packaging method uses computer laboratory work. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of data processing are arranged systematically in the form of a thesis. The research process or packaging method is carried out in three stages, namely: the first stage of preparation, which is to prepare everything related to research before the shooting process. The second stage of implementation / presentation (production) is the start of the process of shooting or taking videos that will be used as media. The third or final stage is the follow-up, where in this process the media is checked again before it is packaged in the form of a VCD (Video Compact Disc). In this stage, a trial was also held by conducting a material feasibility test and a media feasibility test, making revisions, then being ready for use. This product obtained the results of the feasibility test with a score of 4.77 by the material expert and the results of the due diligence with a score of 4.87 by the media expert. The percentage of eligibility for material experts was 95% and the percentage of eligibility for media experts was 97%. Theories used in the research topic are design theory, learning evaluation, HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) and the Mentimeter Website. The method used is the research model of the Research and Development (R&D) development according to Sugiyono. The population in this study were all students of class X SMA Eria Medan. The product trial uses 5 students and the usage test uses 15 students of Eria Medan Private High School. Qualitative data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation and study of literature and quantitative include research instruments that use questionnaires for the validation of material experts, media, product trials, and usage tests. The study was conducted at Eria Medan Private High School conducted in August 2019 to October 2019. This study used a Likert scale to calculate the overall average in the data analysis. The results of the study note that there are 8 stages in designing evaluation of HOTS-based Sibolga Sapu Tangan Dance learning through the Mentimeter Website for High School students consisting of (1) Potential and problems, (2) Gathering information, (3) Design products, (4) Design validation, (5) Design improvements, (6) Product trials, (7) Product revisions, and (8) Usage tests. In the design validation phase, it involves 1 material expert validator and 1 media expert validator. This design got a score of 4.0 with a good category from the material expert validation test, a score of 4.7 with an excellent category from the media expert validation test, a score of 4.6 with an excellent category from the product trial, and a score of 4.4 with the category very good from the usage test. The score proves that the design of this learning evaluation is very good and feasible to be applied, used or used in the learning process of Culture and Art especially in the Class X High School Dance. Setelah dikonsultasikan, ternyata to yang diperoleh lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu  4,05 > 1,66. Karena to yang diperoleh lebih besar dari ttabel, maka dapat dinyatakan Ha diterima. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran kreativitas tari kreasi Gayo sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran tekstual dan kontekstual lebih efektif dibandingan pembelajaran kreativitas tari kreasi Gayo sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran tekstual dan kontekstual.Kata kunci: Kreativitas, Tari kreasi Gayo, Tekstual dan kontekstual.ABSTRACT - The results of the study using the \"t\" test showed that there was a significant influence obtained from the results of the normality test, homogeneity test and the purpose of the hypothesis, after being known, then consulted with the table at the level of 5% with dk = (N1 + N2) - 2 = 62, then obtained t table 1.66. After being consulted, it turns out that the one obtained is greater than t table, that is 4.05> 1.66. Because to be obtained is greater than t table, it can be stated Ha is accepted.
