The theory used in this research are Julianti's theory which states that packaging is the manufacture, packaging of goods or packaging products that aim to protect the goods which are supported by several components according to the needs of product packaging and the theory of Haryono which states that there are 3 stages of packaging audiovisual media web-based, namely 1. Stage of Design Making, 2. Production Phase. 3. Trial Phase. The Data collection techniques were carried out by doing observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies which were conducted to observe the needs of the media, record the results of interviews and document the form of videos and photos used in making audio-visual media. These data were then analyzed with qualitative descriptive methods and laboratory work. In Packaging Tatak Menabi Page, a validation test of material experts and media experts were carried out. The results of the material expert validation test for the Tatak Menabi Page material got score 4.55 and for the validation test of the Tatak Menabi Page from the media experts got score 4.58. It can be concluded that the Tatak Menabi Page packaging product in the form of web-based audio visual media was declared suitable for being used as teaching material for learning in schools. This study uses theories related to the research topic namely Theory of Learning Attraction in Era 21 with Blended Learning by Nanindya Deklara, The Effect of Blended Learning Learning by Hima Lina Rihatul. The research method used is quantitative methods and data collection techniques carried out by observation, literature study, and documentation. This type of research is a pre-experimental one group pretest and post test. The research sample consisted of 1 class, namely class XI-2 in SMA Negeri 8 Takengon, amounting to 32 people. Class selection is done by random sampling. The instrument used in this study was aspects of teacher observation and student learning. The results of this study can be seen that learning Munalo dance in class XI-IPA 2 in SMA Negeri 8 Takengon before using blended learning media with an average pretest appreciation value of 63.12 with a standard deviation of 8.30371. After using blended learning media, the average value of the post test appreciation was 85.15 with a standard deviation of 7.01201. Pretest and post test data are normal and homogeneous. From the results of the Paired Simple T Test using SPSS shows a significant value of 0.00 <0.05 which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there are significant differences in learning outcomes after the implementation of Munalo dance learning based on Blended Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori-teori yang berhubungan dengan topik penelitian yakni teori Daya Tarik Pembelajaran Di Era 21 dengan Blended Learning oleh Nanindya Deklara, Pengaruh Pembelajaran Blended Learning oleh Hima Lina Rihatul. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental one grub pretest dan post test. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 1 kelas yaitu kelas XI-IPA 2 di SMA Negeri 8 Takengon yaitu berjumlah 32 orang. Pemilihan kelas dilakukan secara random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaiu aspek pengamatan guru dan belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa pembelajaran tari Munalo di kelas XI-IPA 2 di SMA Negeri 8 Takengon sebelum menggunakan media blended learning dengan rata-rata nilai pretest apresiasi 63,12 dengan standar deviasi 8,30371. This study uses theories related topic withresearchtopics suchas Web-BasedLearning Mediaby Herman Santoso, Application of E-Learning Media by Tugiyo Aminoto and Hairul Phatoni, and others. The research method used is quantitative methods techniques data collection is done by observation, literature study, and documentation. This type of research is pre-experimental one group pretest and posttest. The research sample consisted of 1 class, namely VII class of Eria Medan Private Junior High School. Class selection is done by random sampling. The instrument used in this study was aspects of teacher observation and student learning. The results showed that the Tortor Sombah dance learning Simalungun based on web based learning media experienced a very significant increase between the learning process using learning media web based learning with learning processes that did not use web based learning had a percentage of 26.12% . Score of 12,664, while that is 0.683. So thitung> ttabel can be concluded that Hadit is accepted, that is there is an increase in the achievement of Tortor Sombah learning Simalungun before and after the Web Based Learning media is applied.Keywords: LearningTortorSombah Simalungun, Web Based Learning Media. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori-teori yang berhubungan dengan topik penelitian seperti Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Web oleh Herman Santoso, Penerapan Media E-Learning oleh Tugiyo Aminoto dan Hairul Phatoni, dan lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental one grub pretes dan postes.Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 1 kelas yaitu kelas VII SMP Swasta Eria Medan.Pemeilihan kelas dilakukan secara random sampling.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaiu aspek pengamatan guru dan belajar siswa.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran tari TortorSombah Simalungun berbasis media web based learning mengalami peningkatan sangat signifikan antara proses pembelajaran yang menggunakan media pembelajaran web based learning dengan proses pembelajaran yang tidak menggunakan web based learning memiliki persentase 26,12%. Nilai thiung yaitu sebesar 12,664, sedangkan ttabel yaitu sebesar 0,683.Maka thitung > ttabel dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima, yaitu terdapat adanya peningkatan pencapaian pembelajaran TortorSombah Simalungun sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan mediaWeb Based Learning. The theory used in the study is According to Shoimin (2016: 177) the term SAVI stands for: Somatis (learning by doing by moving) means moving the body (hands-on, physical activity), namely learning by experiencing and doing. Audiotory (learning by speaking and listening) means that learning must be through listening, listening, speaking, presentation, argumentation, expressing opinions, and responding. Visual (learning by observing and describing) means learning must use the sense of sight through observing, drawing, demonstrating, reading, using media and teaching aids. Intellectual (learning by solving problems and thinking) means that learning must use the ability to think (mainds-on). Learning must be with concentration, thought and practice using it through reasoning, investigating, identifying, finding, creating, constructing, solving, problem solving and applying it. This type of research is a quasi experiment using the t test formula. The sample in this study consisted of one class determined by random sampling technique, namely class X TKJ 4 SMK TELKOM MEDAN. The instrument used in this study was an objective test consisting of 20 multiple choice questions (multiple choices). The pretest results obtained an average of 58.43 while the posttest results using the SAVI learning model (Somatic, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual) obtained an average value of 80.15 using the t test results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes by applying SAVI learning model (Somatic, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual) tcount> ttable is 9.93> 1,670 then the research is accepted.
