The German federal government has proposed policies divided into implementation strategies and regulatory strategies to cope with the problems faced by the social market economy model that achieved successful growth, innovation, and employment in Germany after World War II. In the case of an implementation strategy, if it basically focuses on digital infrastructure, the regulatory strategy can be said to reestablish digital transformation according to the social market economy. In re-establishing this regulatory principle, the German federal government intends to maintain its goal of creating a market economy for humans based on the basic motto of a social market economy of prosperity for all. This strategy of the German federal government can be found in that it is not only focused on the development and expansion of digital technology, but also an effort to establish a social and economic system suitable for the era of digital transformation. Thus Hegel presupposes an dominant of Time over Space, overcomes the empirical-categorical definition of Being, analyzes the relation of Time to Space as the movement of a spiritual-categorical idea. But Heidegger insists that Hegel’s understanding conceals primordial Time created by Being. Because the Now is just the ordinary time in his point of view. Time should be able to be experienced as a ecstatic field in which the truth of being is manifested. Therefore, focusing on convergence in the field of new convergence technology, which is a recent topic of study, the meaning and interpretation of convergence in the field of new technology and the direction of convergence education were illustrated. This thesis focused on NBIC as a convergence technology based on the meaning of convergence. In particular, bioinformatics, the convergence of information technology and biotechnology, belongs to the cutting-edge convergence field in that it implies convergence technology that leads to a wide range of disciplines such as biology, informatics, statistics, chemistry, and pharmaceuticals. As an example, the types of data used for analysis and the process of information technology that process and analyze data are briefly presented. However, since convergence technology has complementary aspects in that it is related to convergence education, the direction of convergence education should not be overlooked about the perception of reality and its practical application. {"title":"A Study on the Character Shape of Mythical Heroes in Modern Chinese Novels: Focusing on Maodun’s 『The Twilight』","authors":"Jeong Hyeo Hwang","doi":"10.47636/gkca.2022.5.1.233","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47636/gkca.2022.5.1.233","url":null,"abstract":"This paper presupposes『 The Twilight: The Romance of China in 1930』 as a myth, and examines how an individual named Wu Sun-fu, a writer Maodun, and Chinese society proceeded with the process of exploration to perform tasks, and as a result, what alternatives were to China’s future. In particular, Wu Sun-fu suggests a kind of clarity and inevitability in that he gives up being a hero and decides to enter a new stage, while the heroic figure commonly borrowed by May 4th modern writers usually enlighten the people in a superior position and does not hesitate to sacrifice himself, finally it ends up being tragic. First of all, Chapter 2 examines the transition of Maodun’s creative consciousness and the process of the birth of a hero named Wu Sun-fu. In Chapter 3, we will analyze Wu Sun-fu's heroism, the process of becoming no longer a hero, and the process of creating a labor class as a new hero in conjunction with Northrop Frye’s mythological criticism theory. At this time, economic vocabulary such as national capital, sales capitalism, and labor class implies important concepts to analyze the downfall of heroes and the birth process of new heroes. In other words, the heroic figure who advocated the pursuit of ideal personality and the modification of national character in the May 4th period will collapse, and now, in order to transform society, the physical foundation of society must be changed around “economy and life.” The labor class presented as the subject is a new hero of the new society, and Maodun also hinted at the appearance of this character at the same time as the fall of Wu Sun-fu in the work. In inter-Korean cooperation, dialogues and conflicts were repeated depending on the political and military situation on the Korean Peninsula. The purpose of this study is to address factors affecting the inter-Korean natural disaster management cooperation and to prepare a plan to improve the cooperative system. According to the analysis results of this study, North Korea's vulnerability to natural disasters has increased, but the natural disaster management system lacks response capacity. In terms of disaster cooperation factors, there was no permanent consultative body. The cooperation regulations were not clear, and the establishment of a mutual cooperation system such as information sharing was insufficient. In addition, a consumer-oriented approach that considers North Korea’s needs first has been not enough. It is now a time of rapid change. There are also various studies of change. However, focusing on change, studying change itself is rare. Moreover, it is difficult to find research on humanities change in this context. In a situation where full-scale changes occur due to the development of science and technology, research on humanistic changes is worth reflecting on the basics rather than the end of the change. Therefore, in order to meet the humanities perspective and suggestions for change, research on humanities change is needed to be faithful to the natural role of humanities. This study aims to discuss the establishment of research goals, development of methods, and system consideration and proposal as an approach to change, and the role and value of research, and to publicize humanities change research. From a humanities perspective, the reflection of change research is as follows. First, it is the observation of inputs and outputs as a study of the phenomenon of change, the analysis of the relationship between subject and field as a structural study of change, and the exploration of patterns delivered by change as an information study of change. What can be thought of as the role and value of humanities change research is, first, the request for humanities reflection. Second, the development of humanities research methods. {"title":"The first person pronouns observed in Rakugo during the Meiji period: About “wasi” and “Ore” in terms of phase","authors":"Secular Song","doi":"10.47636/gkca.2022.5.1.257","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47636/gkca.2022.5.1.257","url":null,"abstract":"The purpsoe of this paper is to understand the use of the first person pronouns according to the phase of the first person pronouns “Wasi” and “Ore” during the Meiji and Taisho periods, and understand its position before the settlement of the first person pronouns “Wasi” and “Ore” in modern Japanese. The subject of the study is “Kouensokki MeijiTasyoRakugoSyusei” published by combining Rakugo from the Meiji and Taisho periods, and “Wasi” and “Ore” observed here is analyzed by dividing it by the phase of each speaker. As for the results of the study, both “Wasi” and “Ore” are mostly used by the male by gender, and “Wasi” in used by older people compared to “Ore” by age. In addition, by context, “Ore” is often used to express the speaker’s anger or furious feelings in an equal relationship with some acquaintance. In the case of the female, although observed very rarely, “Ore” is use to indicate the valor of the speaker. “Kouensokki MeijiTasyoRakugoSyusei” is a suitable data for observing the actual language life of people during the Meiji and Taisho periods, and it can be found to be meaningful in that it is a result obtained based on these data. In order to achieve this goal, interviews were conducted with representatives of foreign workers’ human resources companies, Goryeoin living in Gwangju Goryeoin Village, and officials from the migrant support center. The main research results are as follows. First, the number of Goryeoins and foreign workers living in Gwangju Goryeoin Village is decreasing, and the effort and cost required for visa renewal has increased. In addition, there is a problem of replenishment of labor for Korean managers of industrial complexes near Goryeoin Village, who used foreign labor to run companies or factories. Second, due to the transition from face-to-face education to non-face-to-face education, many problems are appearing because parents as well as children are not accustomed to online classes. Third, opportunities for social support and support for Goryeoins and foreign migrants were closed, and exchange and communication between indigenous peoples and migrants became difficult. Above all, this phenomenon has resulted in further aggravation of discrimination and exclusion against migrants. One option to analyse this is to use data objectively with the analysis being based on computer-recognized information \u0000In order to better understand the relationship between Korea and China objectively through data can be guaranteed if human intervention or interference is prevented and analyzed based on information recognized by computers, and the results of this analysis can be useful in many fields. \u0000This study analyzed big data-based time series event data (GDELT) and analyzed the conflict-cooperation relationship between Korea and China for the past 30 years after the establishment of diplomatic ties. Based on the Goldstein value of the conflict-cooperation spectrum, the annual average conflict-cooperation degree was measured. In addition, the tone of the news article was analyzed and schematized based on the emotional index with the negative-positive spectrum. \u0000This study tracked the process of changes in the conflict-cooperation index and emotional index between the two countries from 1992 to 2021, analyzed the change in relations between the two countries and the psychological distance between the two countries, and verified that GDELT is useful. Accordingly, it is important to check out the Classification of Academic Research Fields set by National Research Foundation of Korea as the requirements for establishing the academic identity of Myeongli Science. The Saju Myeongli shall be the process in which the possibility contained in one Saju shall be analyzed to expand that person’s potential in a more positive way instead of the necessity and determinancy. It means that the Saju Myeongli shall play a role of consultant for people by communicating with that person based on the logical and systematic inference. \u0000The reason why Myeongli Science has been considered as fake science up to now is more attributable to the field of Myeongli Science not preparing the academic requirements rather than the external error or prejudice. Therefore, though it is late, it is absolutely necessary for the in-depth academic review and criticism for the Myeongli Science itself. Even though, in early 2000s, there were almost no academic and systematic researches on the Myeongli Science itself, the academic papers on Myeongli Science started to be posted on the registered (candidate) academic journals in 2006. The number of academic papers started to rise from 2011 and made the continuous increase from 2016. \u0000For the continuous publications of in-depth academic papers and the systematic researches on Saju Myeongli, there need the granting of proper classification code and classification name to the Myeongli Science at the Classification of Academic Research Fields. Considering all kinds of requirements, it is most appropriate for Myeongli Science to be large classified as an ‘interdisciplinary science’ and then is assigned to ‘interdisciplinarity’ rather than oriental philosophy in humanities or consulting psychology in sociology. So, the classification of ‘interdisciplinary science (large classification) - interdisciplinarity (middle classification) - Myeongli Science (small classification)“ is suggested.
