The results of the study allow us to attribute responsibility to the fundamental properties of the individual. The formation of responsible behavior is associated with normal (healthy) perfectionism and a subjective sense of well-being. Low levels of responsibility reveal a link with neurotic perfectionism and personality in General. At the same time, it was found that a high level of responsibility can occur with neurotic perfectionism and a low level of well-being.","PeriodicalId":236322,"journal":{"name":"Herald of Omsk University. At the same time, the structure of the quality of life includes components of readiness for selfdevelopment, existential fulfillment, internal resources, personal activity and satisfaction with life.","PeriodicalId":236322,"journal":{"name":"Herald of Omsk University. An important factor in selfdevelopment is overcoming, which forms adaptive coping strategies, the presence of which will allow the adolescent not to be afraid of the difficulties arising on the way to achieving the goal, as well as to build up personal resources, which are a necessary condition for adaptation and self-expression in a constantly changing world. Particular attention is paid to the organization of such an educational environment in which pedagogical work is purposefully carried out, aimed at the formation of moral value orientations as a vector that sets the direction of personality self-development and the formation of appropriate coping strategies.","PeriodicalId":236322,"journal":{"name":"Herald of Omsk University. The article presents the results of a study on the experience of jealousy of adult men and women in close relationships. Based on qualitative research (interviews) and quantitative data processing, the author analyzes the strength of jealousy in relationships between men and women. The negative connections of the power of jealousy with the components of psychological and subjective well-being are described. The article provides data on the specific characteristics of romantic attachment inherent in adults with a high power of jealousy in relationships: frustration, ambivalence, a tendency to “grow together” with a partner. It is described that the strength of partners' jealousy is negatively related to their satisfaction with the relationship. Sex differences in reactions to jealousy, an increase in the strength of emotional reactions to jealousy with an increase in the duration of the relationship are analyzed.","PeriodicalId":236322,"journal":{"name":"Herald of Omsk University. The article justifies the forced need to imitate responsibility, when an employee is required to \u0000have activities contrary to his professional conscience and common sense. Contradictions related to different understandings of “good” work (honest, high-quality, socially oriented) by different subjects of labor relations, including the employee and the bearers of policy prescriptions (leadership, colleagues, members of the public etc.) are analyzed. It proposes a model of predicting possible imitations of personal and professional responsibility, based on the reflection of these contradictions. In the case of creative work (science, education, culture etc.), under strong bureaucratic pressure of various policy prescriptions, the ideas of the development of “parallel” science are proposed, when, on the one hand, it is necessary to imitate a certain activity (ostentatious “workholism”), and on the other hand, to find opportunities for real creativity.","PeriodicalId":236322,"journal":{"name":"Herald of Omsk University.
