One of the issues that is evident is how members of the police must adapt in providing public services to the community. The initial findings of this study lead to the conclusion that in general the performance of police public services requires an adaptive pattern to deal with the disruption situation of the pandemic. The study is qualitative research following a literature study method. Data were taken from various articles, journals, and books relevant to the topic of study which could help answer the problem formulated in the paper. Literature studies in many countries have shown that the disruption of Covid-19 has had a psychological, mental, and technical impact on police public services. The study provides four recommendations regarding the pattern of Indonesian National Police (Polri) public services to anticipate future disruptive situations. First, the availability of mental health facilities in every Polri’s hospital at the regional and central levels should be encouraged. Second, there is a need to increase the capacity and quality of human resources (HR), especially for units that are directly in contact with the public. Third, the ICT and big data infrastructure owned by the National Police should be improved at the regional and central levels. Fourth, it is necessary to accelerate the e-government and big data programmes in the internal environment of Polri to support better public service performance in the future.","PeriodicalId":236304,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 7th Sriwijaya Economics, Accounting, and Business Conference (SEABC 2021)","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127136640","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

East Java is one of the provinces that have the vision to improve the welfare of society evenly without exception with a general strategy of development that is pro-people, growth that can also be felt by the poor, and growth that is pro-gender. With this vision, East Java aims to encourage the growth of inclusive economic growth. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of how the ideal state of an inclusive economy is in the province of East Java. In research to determine the state of inclusive economic growth, There are two methods formulated by the two world institutions selected in this study, the first is the ADB method and the second is the UNDP method. The ADB method was chosen because it is a method specifically intended to measure inclusive growth in developing countries, especially the Asian region, and the indicators have been adjusted to conditions and problems in developing countries, while the UNDP method was chosen as a comparison to determine the state of an inclusive economy if economic growth variables are not included in the calculations. The results of this study indicate that according to the ADB approach, all districts and cities in East Java are at a satisfactory level, whereas according to the UNDP approach, some districts are at a high level and all cities and some districts are at the middle level.","PeriodicalId":236304,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 7th Sriwijaya Economics, Accounting, and Business Conference (SEABC 2021)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133045492","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
