So the School Operational Curriculum used is the Merdeka curriculum. This success certainly cannot be separated from the role of the school principal. The aims of this research are: 1) To describe and analyze the role of the principal as a manager in implementing the driving school operational curriculum at Muslimat 06 Lanji Kindergarten, 2) To describe and analyze the role of the school principal as an entrepreneurial developer in implementing the driving school operational curriculum at Muslimat 06 Lanji Kindergarten, and 3) Describe and analyze the role of the principal as supervisor in implementing the driving school operational curriculum at Muslimat 06 Lanji Kindergarten. Study this is annoying approach qualitative with a case study at TK Muslimat 06 Lanji subdistrict Patebon , done on month July-August 2023. Step study includes : 1) compiling plan research , 2) choose field research , 3) take care of licensing , 4) Exploring And evaluate field , 5) Choose And utilise information , 6) Prepare equipment research . Instrument study This is researcher yourself . Technique data collection : interviews , observations , And documentation . Technique analysis of the data used is interactive model from Miles, Huberman which includes : collection data ,condensation data, data presentation and withdrawal conclusion . Checking validity of the data used test credibility , transferability , dependability , and confirmability . The results of the research show that: (1) The role of the principal as manager has been carried out well by the principal, with curriculum planning and development, a clear vision and mission, resource management and monitoring the effectiveness of the curriculum although several obstacles are still found in resource management (2 ) The role of the school principal as an entrepreneurial developer has been carried out through market days. (3) The principal's role as supervisor has also been carried out well, namely preparing supervision plans, regularly assessing teacher performance and evaluating the results of teacher performance assessments as well as following up on evaluation results. (2) Application of the make a match learning model in mathematics subjects in class IV of Abdi Sukma Private Elementary School, Medan Johor District. (3) Student learning outcomes after using the make a match learning model in Mathematics subjects in class IV of the Abdi Sukma Private Elementary School, Medan Johor District. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the subjects of this research being fourth grade students at Abdi Sukma Private Elementary School, Medan Johor District. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the results before implementing the make a match learning model obtained an average teacher activity result of 83.32% and an average student activity result of 80.08% and an average student learning result of 70%. Various things that cause procrastination behavior among BK UPGRIS class of 2019 college students in carrying out lectures are influenced by a lack of understanding of the material obtained, laziness in studying, playing with friends and study time being used for other activities that are more fun or entertaining. So this is a delaying factor in completing the lecture process, BK UPGRIS class of 2019 students are expected to have high self-efficacy so that they can motivate and encourage themselves to be more active in completing their studies. This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination in BK UPGRIS college students class of 2019. The research subjects in this study were 112 college students, sampling in this study used a proportional incidental sampling technique. The self-efficacy variable is measured using a scale based on aspects of Bandura's self-efficacy which consists of 32 items, while the academic procrastination variable is measured using a scale, namely a scale based on aspects of Ferrari which consists of 27 items. The present study employed a quantitative approach and utilised a pre-experimental design with a single group, employing both pre-test and post-test assessments. The population for this study consisted of 10th grade students from SMA Negeri 3 Pemalang. A sample of 34 students was selected from class X.5 to represent the population. The research instrument utilised in this study was a spoken test, which consisted of a pre-test and a post-test. The findings of the data analysis revealed statistically significant disparities between the pre-test and post-test scores of the students. The mean score for speaking students on the post-test (M = 12.82) was found to be significantly higher than their pre-test score (M = 10.06). Furthermore, the t-score is considered to be smaller than the critical value from the t-table at a significance level of 0.05%. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) was deemed statistically significant, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0). The findings suggest a notable change in the students' classroom discourse patterns pre- and post-implementation of the self-talk method. Comic strip learning media in education can be applied in integrated social studies learning on the subject of socio-cultural change because comic strips can provide an interesting and funny atmosphere so that students feel happy and more enthusiastic in carrying out teaching and learning activities. student learning outcomes with the application of the Comic Strip learning media on integrated social studies subjects on the material of Socio-Cultural Change. The results show that after learning by applying comic strip media the motivation of students has increased compared to when they have not used comic strip media and based on daily test analysis, the average value of students shows an increase. Based on initial observations made at SD Negeri 1 Sonokulon Todanan Blora, the following problems were encountered: (1) there were still students who were unable to complete assignments. (2) there are still students who cannot explain further the purpose of learning. (3) there are still students who cannot grasp the essence of learning. One learning model that can be used to overcome problems related to students' low critical thinking abilities is the discovery learning model. The purpose of this research is to determine the critical thinking abilities of Class IV students at SD Negeri 1 Sonokulon Todanan Blora, to determine the influence of the Discovery Learning learning model on students' critical thinking abilities, to determine the increase in learning outcomes for students of Class IV at SD Negeri 1 Sonokulon Todanan Blora after being taught with the discovery learning model. This type of research is a quasi-experimental (quasi experimental) because the actual variables cannot be controlled or manipulated perfectly. The research design used was a one group pretest-posttest design, this research was carried out twice on a group of subjects, namely before treatment or also called pretest and after treatment or posttest. Especially in teacher-centered learning alone without any interesting innovations. With the existence of interesting learning media, it will certainly encourage students to be more enthusiastic in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the use of wordwall media has on increasing student learning activity in grade IV pancasila education subjects SDN Tlogosari Wetan 01.  The research method used in this study is quantitative experiment. This research was carried out during two meetings where in the first meeting it became a control class where in the first meeting researchers still used conventional learning and only used learning videos while in the second meeting became an experimental class, namely researchers using wordwall learning media.  The results of research that have been conducted show an increase in student activeness by 55.56%. Reading is a useful activity that can provide various information. In Indonesia reading skills are still relatively low. This study aims to obtain a picture story text product Theme 7 Togetherness Sub-theme 1 Togetherness in the 1st Learning House in class II SDN Cibeureum 02 with a total of 20 students. This development uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research results from the validation tests of linguists, material experts, and media experts show that illustrated story texts are valid and very feasible to use by obtaining an average percentage of 89%. In the limited trial phase, as many as 20 students gave a positive response to the illustrated story text used. Salah satu dampak negatif dari perundungan yaitu korban mengalami kesejahteraan psikologis yang rendah. Coping strategy untuk menangani dampak tersebut salah satunya yaitu pemaafan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemaafan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada korban perundungan di. SMP ISLAM AL-ULUM TERPADU Tuasan Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa yang pernah mengalami perundungan di SMP ISLAM AL-ULUM TERPADU Tuasan Populasi berjumlah 117 siswa, dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportionate cluster random sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan skala kesejahteraan psikologis (35 aitem, α= 0,879) dan skala pemaafan (26 aitem, α=0,874). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis statistika menunjukkan nilai rxy= 0,469; ρ= 0,000 (ρ < 0,05). Hasil analisis data menjelaskan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara pemaafan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis. Semakin tinggi pemaafan maka semakin tinggi kesejahteraan psikologis. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah pemaafan maka semakin rendah kesejahteraan psikologis.
