Emulsion polymerization helps in slowing down kinetics of polymerization in comparison to one-phase polymerization and thereby induces formation of monodispersed. Reaction progress of conducting polymer formation is studied by UV–Vis and FTIR spectroscopy. Morphology of PANA is characterized by XRD, TEM, AFM and electrochemical techniques. XRD of conducting polymer depicts the less crystalline nature of polymer with crystallite size of 75 nm. Voltammetry has shown the electroactive nature of PANA. The performance of energy storage devices including pseudocapacitors is evaluated mostly by measuring energy density and power density.","PeriodicalId":23576,"journal":{"name":"Volume 5, Issue 2","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89418354","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this article are describing the current procedure of two lane & two ways highways. A two – lane highway is an undivided motorway with lanes, one to be used by way of site visitors in each route of travel. Lane changing and passing is possible simplest within the segment of oncoming visitors inside the opposing visitors as site visitor’s volume boom, the ability to skip will decrease. Any segment may be analyzed as a directional segment. The manner is used to investigate prolonged directional segments, precise enhancements or downgrades defined as two-lane highways positioned in mountainous terrain or with grades that exceed 3 percent in segments exceeding lengths of zero.6 m and passing lanes for pretty quick uniform segments. Cutting life time of tool material depends on wear. In order to study the performance of various coating on tool material it is necessary to study its two properties viz. wear & coefficient of friction. The tribolgical properties are found by using pin on disc test. This paper focuses on various low friction coating such as TiN, CrN and DLC coating on High speed steel T-42 pin as a base material. The purposes to coating on tool surface in a cutting application are to increase cutting life time of tool, to improve the surface properties of component and to increase productivity. This paper deals with the study of performance parameters like speed, sliding distance and load compared between different coated HSS-T42 pin base material. Taguchi method are used under the performance parameter & L9 orthogonal array is selected to perform experiment on pin on disc of the specimen. The EN31steel material is selected as work piece material. The response value find out by using coefficient of friction which were obtained from pin on disc test. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) analysis for compared different coated pin for microstructural test. This paper reviews different coating materials at different parameters & their effect on properties of metal.","PeriodicalId":23576,"journal":{"name":"Volume 5, Issue 2","volume":"6 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88701751","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
