So important is student attachment that it needs to be given special attention. The purpose of this study is to obtain preliminary data on the description of student attachment which will then be used to improve student attachment in upper secondary schools. The subjects of the study were MAN 1 Magelang students totaling 100 students selected using random cluster sampling technique. The findings show that there are 51 students with high attachment level and 49 students with low attachment. In addition, there is a difference in the level of student engagement in the sex of men and women, where women have a higher level of engagement than male students who have a high attachment due to the support of teachers, friends, and assignment characteristics. But for polygamous wives, the negative effects are felt more than the positive effects. The purpose of this study was to describe the resilience of a polygamous wife and the internal and external factors that influence it. The internal factors that form resilience refer to the theory forward by Reivich & Shatte that there are 7 aspects of resilience, namely emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, empathy, analysis of causes of problems, self-efficacy and reaching out. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Participants in the study were 3 people who were selected using purposive sampling technique with the following characteristics: 1) A woman who is the first wife of a polygamous husband. 2) Still having legal status as wife. 3) Do not know when the polygamy happened. The data collection method uses in-depth interview techniques. The prevalence of severe psychiatric in Indonesia experienced a significant increase in the year 2013 only 1.7% to 7% in the year 2018. In mental health, cultural factors also play an important role. A person is said to be healthy or mentally ill depends on culture. There are two types of coping according to Lazarus and Folkmannamely problem focused coping (PFC) and emotion focus coping (EFC). In the PFC, the individual in dealing with the problem would be the logical thinking and trying to solve the problems of the positive. Whereas in the EFC, individuals assuage the emotions evoked by the stressor (source of stress) without trying to change the situation. Describe the mental health and cultural perspectives in coping strategy based on the profile of the sociodemographic community in Aminweri village. A qualitative approach to data collection techniques as well as phenomenology with structured interviews and documentation. Determination of the participant determined by purposive sampling technique. Obtained 3 huge themes: acquired memory, emotion regulation strategies and coping. Perilaku prososial merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kerukunan dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Namun, munculnya modernisasi dan globalisasi menyebabkan pergeseran pola interaksi antar individu dan berubahnya nilai-nilai dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Disamping menurunnya kepedulian masyarakat, saat ini banyak orang tertarik pada bentuk lain dari bantuan spontan, yaitu kegiatan sukarelawan. Salah satunya adalah Persaudaraan Muda-Mudi Vihara Borobudur yang memberikan pelayanan vihara dan lingkungan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasa syukur terhadap perilaku prososial pada Persaudaraan Muda-Mudi Vihara Borobudur Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 149 muda-mudi yang telah bergabung selama satu tahun dan berusia 18 – 40 tahun. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif antara rasa syukur dengan perilaku prososial. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik Pearson Product Moment Correlation setelah dilakukan uji asumsi yang meliputi uji normalitas dan linearitas melalui bantuan SPSS 21 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,551 (p<0,000). Based on this research it appears that there is a missing link related to the source of initial encouragement that comes from within the individual as a process of interaction and internalization of the initial experiences of individuals with parents, ancestors and other significant people. Related to this, this study aims to determine the effect of Cultural Value on the Trend of Recidivism in Jember Class IIA Prisoners. This type of research is associative quantitative that is to determine the relationship between one variable with another variable and the effect of a variable on other variables. There are two psychological scales used in this study, the Cultural Values scale adapted from The Potrait Value Questionnaire (PVQ-RR) compiled by Schwartz and the Residivism Tendency scale adapted from the Psychopathy Check List-Revised (PCL-R) compiled by Hare . The results of this study are expected to be input/reference in developing community values-based community intervention programs. The results showed a calculated F value of 0.471 with a significance level of 0.493> 0.05, which means that there was no influence of Cultural Value on the Trend of Residivism. Descriptive test shows that as many as 107 prisoners (56%) have high cultural values and 84 inmates (44%) have low cultural values. This means that prisoners tend to use cultural values as a reference in behavior, but they do not necessarily have compliance with the values that exist in the community. The highest percentage is the value of Universalism, Achievement, and Security.
