The molar ratio between ZnO and ZrO2 is 3 : 4, the molar percentage of vanadium doped (relative to ZrO2) varies from 3% to 9%. The obtained materials were characterized by XRD, SEM, UV-Vis, BET, EDX. XRD data identified phase of the ZnO and phase of ZrO2 in all obtained samples. The average crystallite size of the samples was between 18 to 20 nm. UV-Vis spectra showed that the band gap energy decreased by the doping of Vanadium. The EDX result of ZZV347S indicated doping efficiency equal 91,29%. The photocatalytic activities of nanocompsite materials were evaluated by the photocatalytic degradation of phenol under UV light. We investigated various electrochemical conditions, including the pH of electrolyte, the applied current density, and electrolysis time to find optimal synthesis mode. The obtained samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images and X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns to determine the morphology and crystal structure. The polarization curve confirmed the HER activity of MoS2 thin film. By this procedure, TiO2 and Fe3O4 nanoparticles have been growing on the reduced graphene oxide. The as-synthesized nanocomposites have been characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscope and magnetic hysteresis, and studied on the photo-degradation reaction of Moderacid Black (MDB). The result shows that the photocatalytic activity of as-synthesized composites is much higher than that of pure TiO2 nanoparticles and the composites can be easily collected from water using a magnet for reusing. Methods used: SEM- EDS; determining the BET surface area; the protection time with benzene and HCl vapor on the dynamic adsorption device DPC5... The results showed that the additively impregnated activated carbon cloth filter material has a specific surface area in BET of 697 m2 /g, has a protection time against benzene vapor of 34 minutes; protection time with HCl acid vapor is 33 minutes and the ability to filter smoke particles reached 94%. The filter material made from coconut shell activated carbon has a surface area calculated according to BET being 664 m2/g, has a protection time with benzene vapor (L= 5 cm, Co = 18 mg/L) of 56 minutes; protection time with HCl acid vapor (L= 5 cm, Co= 1.1 mg/L) is 280 minutes. Construction of Xylop curve determines the ability to filter benzene vapor and the ability to filter HCl acid vapor shows. The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET) methods. The results showed that halloysite nanotubes are successfully intercalated between the graphene oxide layers. The adsorption capacity of the material with RY-145, a typical dye in textile wastewater, was evaluated. Also, the effects of adsorption time, initial concentration of pollutant, adsorbent dosage, speed of agitation and temperature were investigated. The adsorption efficiency of the material for RY-145 dye is about 99% after 4 hours with the high initial concentration of pollutant of 50ppm. Adsorption kinetics of the material for RY-145 match the pseudo-second order kinetic of Langmuir adsorption model. All obtained products are characterized by using powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. It is found that decreasing the metal-to-ligand ratio below 1:1 produces high crystallinity and long rod-like crystals of Bi-BTC. For the metal-to-ligand molar ratios 5:1 and 1:1, we obtain low crystallinity of Bi-BTC. Additionally, a lower metal-to-ligand ratio in the Bi-BTC photocatalyst leads to the higher efficiency compared to other Bi-BTC photocatalysts. The metal-to-ligand ratio of 1:20 (Bi-BTC-0.05) favors the highest efficiency, in which 97.81% rhodamine B (RhB) is removed after 150 min of irradiation. The results show that the material has an octahedral structure, with a large BET surface area (1820 m2/g). The synthesized materials were capable of adsorption more than 53 % of NOx gas and over 84 % of acetone vapor by mass. The crystalline structure and octahedral shape of material were not changed after adsorption. The effects of factors including pH, contact time, mass of serisite and Pb2+ initial concentration on the adsorption Pb2+ efficiency and capacity were investigated. The results showed that the adsorption capacity and removal efficiency of Pb2+ reached 2,54 mg/g and 89 % at the suitable conditions: 0.7g sericite, Pb2+ intinal concentration of 40 mg/L and contact time 60 minutes at room temperature (25°C) and pH0 5,3. The obtained results from characterization methods such as XRD, SEM, FT-IR, EDX,… showed that the composite has a high structure and crystallinity, and spinel ferrite particles were dispersed fairly evenly onto reduced graphene oxide sheets as well as layers of g-C3N4. The existence of Co/Fe-O and Co-O-C bonds in materials was determined. The photocatalytic activity of g-C3N4/CoFe2O4/Reduced graphene oxide (GCN/CF-rGO) was estimated through the degradation of Tetracycline (TC) in aqueous solution. TC decomposition efficiency is up to 95% after 240 minutes of reaction and is higher than that of each component material.
