It was found that several parents applied authoritarian parenting to develop children's social intelligence. This study aims to determine whether the application of authoritarian parenting by parents to their children can develop social intelligence. The method used is qualitative. The research was conducted in April-May, at SMP Negeri 92 Jakarta to be precise, with the research subjects consisting of six key informants and four key informants. From this study, it was found that the authoritarian parenting style adopted by parents came from internal factors (parental personality, parenting beliefs, parents' age, and parents' gender) and external factors (parents' education, socioeconomic status, and environment). Not all children who grow from authoritarian parenting have good social intelligence. Because two out of four students actually withdraw from the environment that requires them to interact. For parents who believe that applying authoritarian parenting can develop children's social intelligence, they need to pay attention to several things, such as increasing knowledge by participating in parenting training, providing fair care for each child, and living in a good social environment. Some institutions simply conduct training without structured and systematic management. This study aims to identify and describe training management, which includes 1) planning, 2) implementation and 3) evaluation of training at LKP Dessy. The research design is qualitative and the respondents are executives, trainers, administrators and students. Data collection methods included observing, interviewing, and documentation. Verify data validity by triangulating sources and methods. The data were analyzed using an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that LKP Dessy's training management involves 1) Planning includes identifying program managers and support staff, determining: objectives, teaching materials, learning methods, media and tools, evaluation, time and place of training, training instructors, preparing activity plans and schedules, and preparing activity budget plans. 2) Training implementation includes recruiting trainees by distributing brochures and selecting trainees through administrative selection and interviews. The training is conducted using lecture and practical learning methods in accordance with the material presented, and the training is evaluated using daily assessments and competency tests. 3) Evaluate training programs by reviewing skill levels, trainers and program managers, facilities, systems and procedures, and training results. Implementing evaluation at LKP Dessy through discussions between managers, staff and trainers. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model Four-D. Subjek terdiri dari 28 siswa kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi media memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,53 dengan proporsi 91%, aktivitas guru memperoleh nilai rata-rata 64 dengan proporsi 91% dan aktivitas siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 65 dengan proporsi 95%. Media pembelajaran berbasis flipbook untuk meningkatkan literasi membaca cerita pada aspek keefektifan menggunakan uji N-gain 4 siswa pada kategori sedang dan 24 siswa pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan data harga t-statistik = 15,05 > t-tabel = 2,052, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara X1 dan X2 . Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil pretest dan posttest. This of course reduces all interactions between the teacher and the child directly, resulting in a lack of bonding between the two. This study aims to determine the relationship between online learning and social emotional abilities of Surabaya Kindergarten students aged 5-6 years. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at Surabaya's Lasiyam Kindergarten aged 5-6 years. The population of sixty children is taken using non-probability sampling, which means that the selection of the sample is not done subjectively. The type of probability sampling used is simple random sampling chosen by lottery and the formula used to take the sample is the slovin formula, so that in this study a sample of 40 was obtained. Data analysis techniques are interpreted using SPSS. The results show that the significance value is 0.032 <0.05, the significant result is less than 0.05 indicating that the hypothesis is accepted so that it shows a relationship. However, studies on standardized instruments and self-compassion profiles of drug abusers in Indonesia are still limited. Therefore, an intensive study of standardized instruments is needed to measure the compassion of adolescent drug abusers. This study uses an adaptation of a instrument procedures. As many of 38 as teenage drug users of six Social Rehabilitation Foundations in Indonesia. Data is measured using Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form. Operationally, the data analysis used Rash Model 3.75. The results showed that SCS-SF has satisfactory psychometric properties. In fact, in facing increasingly difficult challenges in the 21st century, students must have literacy skills. The importance of scientific literacy skills in education makes scientific literacy a standard measure of the quality of education. This study aims to determine the effect of learning using the problem-based learning model-based LKPD development on elementary students' scientific literacy abilities. This research is included in the experimental research. A sample of 27 elementary school students class V B SDN 147 Gresik. This research was conducted in March-May 2023 at SDN 147 Gresik. Scientific literacy skills were carried out 2 times, namely pretest and posttest. Based on the normality test, it was found that the value was < 0.05, indicating that the data distribution was not normal. The results of the Wilcoxon signed ranks test obtained a significance value of P of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion obtained is that there is an effect of learning using the problem-based learning model-based LKPD development on the scientific literacy abilities of elementary students. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran E-learning di SKB (Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar) Kota Bengkulu masih baru, sehingga pengelola harus mensosialisaikan kepada wargar belajar. Proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan aplikasi google classroom dengan banyaknya memberikan materi kepada warga belajar. Kendala pada proses pembelajarannya adalah kurang efektif dalam mencapai harapan dari warga belajar karena terkadang warga belajar yang sudah berkomitmen untuk mengikuti pembelajaran daring menggunakan google classroom sering tidak mengumpulkan tugas, tidak membuka akun yang sudah diberikan, kesulitan dalam pelaksaan ini banyak warga belajar yang tidak memiki sinyal saat proses pembelajaran jadi tugas yang diberikan sering terambat dalam proses pengumpulan tugas. Features were assumed as a natural or an innate factor in individuals, while effective parenting patterns were considered a nurture or an external factor. In this study, the trait concept is studied using the theory of Five-Factor Personality from Costa and McRae; the productive parenting pattern is studied using Baumrind's approach, and the idea of character strengths is explored using the theory proposed by Peterson and Seligman. The validity and reliability of all questionnaires are examined by construct validity and internal consistency. Respondents were 247 individuals with a young adult to the adult developmental range. The result of regression analysis shows that traits and productive parenting patterns significantly contributed to establishing all character strengths with the value of R2 from 0.226 to 0.562. The subjects in this study were parents who had Children with Multiple Disabilitiesin this case were children with Cerebral Palsy who experienced obstacles in motor, cognitive, social & emotional, and language aspects and intellectual barriers.  This research approach is a qualitative approach with three stages of research, namely assessment, validation, and implementation. The result of this study is an increase in family understanding of the child's condition, the occurrence of stimulation carried out by the family to the child, the family has begun to want to socialize their children in the surrounding social environment.
