Katoh","doi":"10.20659/jjfp.55.1_31","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20659/jjfp.55.1_31","url":null,"abstract":"UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)は低コストで高 い空間分解能を得ることができるという利点から (Anderson and Gaston,2013)広域での森林資源把 握に有効であり,近年活用が増加している(村上, 2018)。単木レベルの樹種分類においてもUAVの活 用事例は多く,多様なアルゴリズムを用いた研究が行 われている(Fassnacht ら,2016)。例えば,Deng ら (2016)はUAVで取得したRGB画像と航空レーザ計 測データを用いて多様な機械学習アルゴリズムについ て樹種分類の精度を比較し,評価を行った。近年では, ディープラーニングの1種である畳み込みニューラル ネットワーク(Convolution Neural Network; CNN)や そこから派生したアルゴリズムを利用した分類が盛ん に行われている。Onishi and Ise(2018)はUAVで 得られたオルソモザイク画像や樹高傾斜モデルを使用 してGoogLeNet(Szegedy ら,2015)による樹種分 類を実施し,Nezami ら(2020)はUAVを用いて取 得したRGB画像とハイパースペクトル画像をもとに 3D-CNN(Ji ら,2013)を使って樹種分類を行った。 上記の先行研究では1時期に撮影されたデータのみ を使用しているが,植物体にはフェノロジーと呼ばれる 季節性の形態変化があり,これは樹種分類の精度に影響 を与える特性であることが知られている(Fassnacht ら,2016)。航空写真と衛星画像を用いた2つの研究 では,春季と秋季の2時期の画像を組み合わせること で分類精度の向上が期待できることが示されている (Hill ら,2010;Mickelson ら,1998)。また,Voss and Sugumaran(2008)は,ハイパースペクトル画像を 使用した樹種分類結果の比較により,夏季よりも秋季 のほうが安定した結果が得られることを示した。しか し,これらの研究では2時期あるいは3時期での比較 にとどまっており,分類に最適な時期を特定するため により短いインターバルでの精度比較が望まれる。 そこで本研究では,低コストかつ手軽に取得するこ とができるUAVによる RGB画像に着目し,5月か ら11月まで毎月1回の頻度でデータを取得することで 画像の撮影時期が分類精度に与える影響をより詳細に 明らかにすることを目的とした。また,2種類のアル ゴリズムを用いて樹種分類を行い結果を比較すること で,アルゴリズムによる精度推移の違いについても検 討した。","PeriodicalId":234210,"journal":{"name":"Japanese Journal of Forest Planning","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115166235","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
