Saglik hizmetlerinin temel amaci, toplumun ihtiyaci olan farkli sag lik hizmetlerini, hastanin istedigi kalitede, istedigi zamanda ve mumkun olan en dusuk maliyetle sunmaktir. Ne var ki, hizla degisen teknoloji, artan maliyetler, artan hasta sikayetleri ve yayginlasan iyi bakim talepleri saglik hizmetlerini daha karmasik hale getirmis tir . Bu nedenle saglik hizmetlerinde kalite duzeyinin saptanmasi ve o zellikle iyilestirilmesi asamalarindaki tum faaliyetler oldukca onem kazanmistir. Bu faaliyetlerden biri de, pazarlamadir. Iliskisel pazarlama ise, “cesitli hizmet o rgutlerinde musteri iliskilerini arttirmak, korumak ve c ekici kilmak” olarak tanimlamaktadir. Procrastination, interpreted as a coping mechanism (Burka and Yuen, 1983, p.60), is a complex fact that has behavioral, emotional, and cognitive features (Kovylin, 2013, p. 27). In this study, the procrastination term was defined and the factors that cause the procrastination behavior were explained.
