Escherichia coli is an infectious cause of diarrheal disease and Staphylococcus aureus can cause skin infections in humans. Therefore, this study aims to use biological controllers, one of which is cinnamon bark extract which has antibacterial activity as an inhibitor of the growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Antibacterial activity test was carried out with 3 concentration treatments, namely 10%, 20%, 30%. The concentration variations obtained amounted to 3 concentrations as potential antibacterial against the growth of E. coli and S. Aureus with the best concentration at a concentration of 30% with inhibition zones of 9.20 mm, 7.25 mm respectively.
