The concentration variations obtained amounted to 3 concentrations as potential antibacterial against the growth of E. coli and S. Aureus with the best concentration at a concentration of 30% with inhibition zones of 9.20 mm, 7.25 mm respectively. Abstract

Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus are included in the pathogenic bacteria. Escherichia coli is an infectious cause of diarrheal disease and Staphylococcus aureus can cause skin infections in humans.
