In the past 33 years, Yamuna has 25 times exceeded its risk threshold, which is set at 204.83m. Since 1900, Delhi has suffered six significant floods when the Yamuna River has reached a height of one metre or more above the accidental 204.49m on the old railway bridge (2.66m above the accident level). These floods happened in 1924, 1947, 1976, 1978, 1988, and 1995. The Yamuna recently climbed more than two metres beyond the danger threshold in Delhi, breaking the milestone 207 metres for the first time in 32 years. The second highest point, at 206.92 metres, was on September 27, 1988. There is a direct impact of floods on the Yamuna River and the city drainage network. People who live along the Yamuna River Belt, on the river's banks, and in the drain are impacted by this. The amount of the solid regions causing local floods has increased landslides as a result of deforestation and local floods. Low-lying communities, particularly haphazard colonies that fall into the water, will be most impacted by this. Hathinikund erupts high in Haryana because of the persistent, intense rainfall on the high cliffs, draining water upstream, continuing to flood Delhi and harming the lives of those who live in low-lying areas. Therefore, torrential rains caused severe damage to the city, and even more so to those families built on the wrong side, which were the first and most frequent sightings of their homes and property being flooded. Families had already begun to lose livestock and livestock during this time, before being evacuated and their situation remains so dire that one has to leave the rest of the house to relocate and relocate when the water level drops. The purpose of the study was to explore about the kind of impacts generally inhabitants face during and post flooding and to find out the implementation of strategies. The following methods were used: Site survey of the case study area in which structured questionnaire and observations were conducted through primary survey, analysis and assessment, study of issues and concerns. Traditional building materials utilised in the housing sector, like steel, cement and burnt clay bricks, are becoming more and more necessary every year. The decrease of the use of these energy-intensive construction materials and the speedy supply of housing units at reasonable rates are the two key challenges facing the mass housing business today. Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG), a new building material, is used mostly in houses. Building panels called Rapidwall are another name for it. Gypsum plaster that has been changed and strengthened with chopped glass fibres is used to create glass fibre reinforced gypsum panels, or GFRGs. This panel can be used to build walls, floors, and roof slabs because it has voids that can be filled with concrete and reinforced with steel bars for further strength and ductility. It is a cost-effective and environmentally beneficial alternative to common materials like cement blocks, concrete, and bricks. Prefabricated Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) Panels are a cost-effective and resource-efficient way to build low-rise homes in poor nations. The case of Prefabricated Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) Panels is examined in this research, along with their engineering viability and qualities as a building material. There are two primary types of wastewater generated by an airport: wastewater generated by passengers and wastewater generated by the operation and maintenance of the airport. The treatment of these two types of wastewater should be designed separately since these two types of wastewater have different pollutants. The primary pollutants of wastewater generated by passengers are similar to domestic wastewater, which contains organic pollutants, the primary pollutants of wastewater generated by the operation and maintenance of the airport are nitrogen and carbon compounds. And it proposes an adaptive dynamic scheduling method based on scenario deduction, which provides the basis for the intelligent manufacturing support in an uncertain environment. Firstly, the paper uses the ontology to describe the scenario status, production activities, market environment and production subject of manufacturing system. And then builds the scenario deduction model based on the dynamic fuzzy cognitive map, establishing the data-driven manufacturing scenario network structure. Through the dynamic fuzzy cognitive map, it presents the market and production scenario evolution and accordingly guides the adaptive choice of dynamic scheduling strategy in uncertain production environment. In order to analyze the force changes during the sand collecting process, and get an optimization method of its structure, the paper took the method of the combination of experiment and numerical simulation. The sand test bench was designed and built to simulate the sand-collecting working process. Because the torque reflected the force of the shovel during the sand-collecting working process, the torque received by the sand collecting shovel was measured. Using the method of coupling discrete element and multi-body dynamics method, the force of the straight blade, 15 degree the 30 degree blade under the same working conditions were simulated and analyzed in the X, Y and Z directions. The experimental result was similar to the simulation results, which proved the feasibility of the coupling method of discrete element and multi-body dynamics to research the interaction mechanism between the sand and shovel. Then, the force of shovels working in the depth of 50mm and 70mm were simulated and the values were compared. It can be seen that changing the edge angle caused a different force regular changing of the blade in three directions, but the total force of the sand collection was reduced.
