Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, people's need for healthy food is increasing day by day. Spirulina has several advantages, namely being able to clean the liver from harmful substances produced by cigarette smoke, alcohol and other liquors. In addition, the spirulina bioreactor is able to absorb carbon emissions 400 times better than a tree. The increasingly rapid development of technology in the field of marketing and media makes businessmen a little confused in carrying out promotional activities. Social media technology is currently forcing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMES) to create promotional content on social media. One of the forms is a profile video. Our team then made a profile video for UKM Verte Bleue Spirulina. This profile video is not only used as a promotional tool but also as a means of education and strengthening the identity of the UKM Verte Bleue Spirulina as the only spirulina cultivating UKM in Malang City. As a result, people will increasingly recognize spirulina as a source of healthy food. Our team coordinates with partners and the videographer team to determine the concept of the profile video to be made. Video capture is done at the Partner's residence by a team of professional videographers, and produces a profile video with a duration of 10 minutes. Partner problems in Spirulina sp cultivation are fluctuations in the pH of the water in the pond, so the growth of Spirulina sp is not good. Control of water pH is done manually and normalization of water pH is also done manually, so there are often delays in information and normalization of water pH. In addition partners should spend more time in the pool. Under these conditions, productivity is only able to produce an average of 375 grams per week. With these conditions, information equipment and Internet of Thing (IoT)-based water pH normalization are needed to maintain the productivity of Spirulina sp . The method used is planning, manufacturing and evaluating the performance of information equipment and normalizing IoT-based water pH on partners. From this program, information on water pH and normalization of water pH can be done in real time and can be done from anywhere, so partners can do activities outside the Spirulina sp . The Preman Super’s Organization is an organization whose purpose is to eradicate poverty and empower women through the programs it runs. This Preman Super’s Cooperative has 70 active members, all of which are women entrepreneurs of MSMEs spread across its territory in Malang. The activities in the Preman Super’s Cooperative are Savings and Loan Cooperative services to help if MSME members are constrained by costs in their business and the Consumer Cooperative service to market the products of cooperative members through hotels, shops, and modern retail which is expected to have a wider reach. The problems found in the Preman Super’s Cooperative include: 1. There is still no logo and cooperative profile that has not yet been formed, 2. There is no E-Commerce account to promote products online, 3. Recording of financial statements is still manual. The impact of this activity is 1. The creation of a cooperative logo and profile for personal branding, 2. Increasing online sales of cooperative members through E-Commerce, 3. Salah satu bisnis UMKM kripik tempe Ardani di Desa Purwantoro, Kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang. Keripik tempe diproduksi dengan memperhatikan kualitas bahan, cita rasa yang pas dan potongan tempe tipis. Standar potongan tempe yang relative sama membuat kripik tempe renyah dan lezat. Persoalannya UMKM Ardani dalam proses pengirisan tempe masih menggunakan manual dengan diiris pakai pisau biasa, sehingga hasil irisan tidak sama atau standar dan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dijalankan ini bertujuan untuk membuat mesin pengiris tempe otomatis; meningkatkan produksi kripik tempe; dan mengetahui efesiensi mesin pengiris tempe otomatis. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pembuatan mesin pengiris tempe otomatis yaitu merancang mesin pengiris kripik tempe, pemilihan komponen, analisis teknik meliputi analisa daya, torsi yang terjadi pada komponen mesin. Sumber penggerak mesin adalah motor listrik dengan putaran ± 1800 rpm, direduksi dan disesuaikan rpm nya menggunakan dimmer (pengatur kecepatan). Spesifikasi mesin yang telah direncanakan adalah bahan untuk pisaunya terbuat dari cakram yang berdiameter 150 mm dengan tebal 1 mm, ditempatkan ditengah slider yang mana slider ini digerakan ke kanan dan ke kiri secara manual. Dudukan slider dilengkapi dengan penahan belakang atau holder untuk penahan tempe yang akan di iris, dimodifikasi dan diatur agar ketebalan yang diperoleh sesuai yaitu 5 mm.
