Many previous analyses have shown how to discriminate texture images, which include gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM), Laws' texture energy (LAWS) and Gabor multi-channel filtering (GABOR) etc. We have devised a new method based pulse coupled neural networks (PCNN) to perform texture image segmentation. We propose a segmentation scheme, using PCNN to extract texture features of image and classified by Fuzzy c-Means algorithm (FCM). For demonstration purpose, this paper compares the discrimination ability of two texture analysis methods: pulse coupled neural networks (PCNN) and Gabor multi-channel filtering (GABOR). In the paper, the interpolation principle of cubic convolution is analyzed systematically, and essential relationship among the different cubic convolution interpolation methods is formulated. Based on these, a 3D interpolation method of medical images that is based on the optimal parameter of sharp control (PSC) is presented. The approach makes full use of the local characteristic of medical volume data, and the local optimal PSC is obtained by the iterative computation, and then the volume data is interpolated using the cubic convolution under this parameter in one time. This scheme adopts a SCTP (stream control transport protocol) based vertical borrowing method to reduce call blocking probability, and gives corresponding weighted algorithm for borrowing order to dynamically allocate bandwidth. The necessary condition for chaser fly around is presented by detailed analyzing with the time variant linear relative motion formula and resolution. Then, the condition for target to locate at the center of fly around cycle and the method to determine the shape and aperture of cycle are also presented. Considering the effect of perturbation, the paper designs a discrete LQR optimal controller with constraint control vector to keep chaser in scheduled cycle. And three control error boxes, which enable the controller work in the reasonable error areas and avoid much fuel be wasted for the measure error are designed. Finally, example design and simulation are carried out. To reduce the production costs and simultaneously obtain high production quality, an automatic microassembly system for batch fabrication of MEMS sensors is developed. Firstly the automatic fabrication process is analyzed in detail, and an optimal system structure of dual-arm is presented. Secondly, the system is modularized into a set of autonomous modules which can adapt their structures and functions to various sizes of MEMS sensors, including positioning stages, three microscopy imaging systems, two flexible micromanipulators, a bonding center with three work cells, a fixture, two supply stations and auxiliary systems. Thirdly, major methodology issues in optomechatronic design of this system are introduced. An auto-focus method is introduced to get good image. The hybrid control of vision and force method is presented. An image based microvision control method is used to adjust the position of the dies and the glass base. And a coarse-to-fine positioning strategy under the microscope with the same magnification is employed to perform high-speed and high-precision visual positioning operations. A smart force sensor with one dimension is employed to sense and control the interactive force. To perform manipulations automatically, a control system, including a task planning level and a real-time execution level, is developed. The proposed voltage clamp ZVS boost dc link not only provides the switches in the section of conventional PWM buck inverter operate at ZVS, but it has a boost input voltage function and the switches in itself also operate at ZVS. Thus, except for the switch in the section of ZVS-PWM commutation cell, all power semiconductor devices in proposed inverter operate at ZVS turn on and turn off. The switch in the section of ZVS-PWM commutation cell operates at zero-current-switching (ZCS) turn-on and turn-off. Besides operating at constant frequency, the proposed inverter has no voltage stress and current stress on the main switch compared to the hard switching inverter counterpart. Auxiliary components rated at very small current are used. The distortion of voltage invokes serious problems such as current waveform distortion and deterioration of the systems. More seriously, the current waveform is clamped to be a wide platform around the zero crossing point in the low-frequency region. In this paper, an improved method which reduces the distortion of voltage and current is presented. The method is based on SVPWM strategy and it can be implemented with software without any extra hardware. In order to reduce the mounting effects and to decouple interfering modes of motion, the contour structures of the quartz wafers having a biconvex type and bat metallic electrodes with the sine ripple on the surfaces of the quartz wafer are applied. The resonance frequency characteristic is analyzed by the finite element method and the results are compared with the theoretical values whenever they are available.
