Most attention is paid to the problem of computer aided designing in the initial stages, where synthesis and analysis of new technical systems is carried out. Construction of new technical systems is based on using of data- and knowledge bases containing descriptions of the technical solutions and heuristic procedures for their handling. The synthesis of functional principles for technically new systems is carried out with use of experts knowledge. Furthermore this work proposes a good alternative for a wavelet decomposition architecture which could help to increase restore accuracy of local signals. This system consists of a variety of tools such as Just-In-Time system, Kanban system or 5S system; their sharing allows of realization the philosophy of Lean Manufacturing. Russian companies face a number of challenges when implementing this concept — incorrect interpretation of approaches of Lean Manufacturing, internal barriers represented by the peculiarity of managing approaches in domestic leadership, and the lack of support by the government. It is necessary to identify the problems of system implementation in time and focus on solving all sorts of problems standing in the way of successful operation of Lean Manufacturing in the organization.
