The Eazy Passport service is an innovation initiated by the Directorate General of Immigration to overcome the problem of declining number of passport applications caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method that examines the implementation of the Eazy Passport service policy and the dinamics that occur in the development. The result of the analysis carried out describe the dynamics of the implementation of the Eazy Passport service from the beginning of the implementation to the renewal that occur covering aspects of the procedures and terms of service, as well as efforts to make it a regular agenda at each certain period. The distribution of special autonomy funds is expected to improve the community's economy in order to realize justice in the concept of regional product management, increase community welfare, and empower human resources. However, practically there are some discrepancies between the expectation and reality Ironically, amid the abundance of Papua Special Autonomy funds in the last two decades, poverty is still the main problem. This study aims to analyze the impact of special autonomy funds on poverty alleviation in Papua, with the assumption that the special autonomy funds are fully distributed using Error Correction Model Analysis. This study examines how to increase health care policy implementation in Ngronggot health center, Nganjuk . This study concluded that actors involved in the implementation of cross-cutting health services to perform its role in different way. Efforts to increase public awareness in order to create a healthy living behaviors are difficult to achieve, because it is not supported by socio-economic factors, which is still low. The development of agency theory that describes the ownership structure can affect firm performance by adjusting the way the agency conflict between management and shareholders in capital structure theory describes that the debt could obtain tax savings, but on the other hand it may cause financial distress costs. This study aims to determine the effect of stock ownership structure and financial condition of debt policy. Shareholding structure consists of managerial ownership and institutional ownership. The financial condition of the company consists of the company's growth, the value of the pledged assets, and liabilities other than tax savings. The population of this research are manufacturing companies go public to be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample was based on purposive sampling method based on certain criteria, there are 73 companies that qualify as research samples. Data were collected from 73 companies, from 2005 until 2007, so we get the unit of analysis pooling data with 219 observations. Based on the results of regression analysis, the first managerial ownership has a negative but not significant effect on debt policy. Both institutional ownership has a negative and significant impact on debt policy. All three firms have positive growth and no significant effect on debt policy. The fourth company was pledged assets has positive and significant impact on debt policy. They are increasingly underdeveloped, abandoned and discriminated. Unfortunately, there are a lot of society living in poverty, so this disease still emerges. Socioeconomic has the main role that’s why this disease is more experienced in poor people than the rich.The study want to review comprehensively about Life Skill Implementation Model based local economy in effort to poverty alleviation for former leprosy in East Java and review the relationship causal factors which influence either related to life education/ability problem or poverty one.The result of the study in the first year are: giving chance and increasing the ability of poor people to former leprosy concerning: the easiness to obtain resources, increasing life skill, the utilization of technological process, utilizing the market continuously, and getting services from other financing process.Life Skill Implementation Model based on Local Economic potential as following: insight, paradigm and mental attitude of learning resident is increased so they able to optimize their own potential, change the challenge to increase their living.
