Considering that users are usually mobile, we model the dynamic distribution of users and use flexible UAVs for capacity enhancement. To better meet the QoS of users, a 3D location planning method for multi-air base stations based on DRL algorithm is proposed for optimal energy efficiency. However, in the early stage of VoNR commercial deployment, due to immature network optimization, the VoNR function can only be enabled in some areas, and EPS Fallback is still used in other areas. At this time, there is a phenomenon that the continuity of voice services cannot be guaranteed through the handover between the VoNR function switch on and the VoNR function switch off boundary area. This article mainly introduces the problems of the VoNR handover at switch boundary area, as well as several existing solutions. Then proposes a solution that does not need to transform the existing network and only needs to optimize the handover parameters. Then, through formula derivation, the imaging principle of radar one-dimensional range image based on OFDM integrated radar communication signal is obtained, and MATLAB is used to simulate the multi-target radar one-dimensional range image of OFDM integrated signal. The aim is to effectively reduce network and system construction, operation and maintenance costs for network operators. Nowadays, most operators use the higher frequency bands of sub-6G and even millimeter wave to deploy 5G. However, the coverage capability is worse than that of lower frequency bands. So it needs to consider refarming lower band to support 5G. This paper firstly introduces the similar resource grid between 4G and 5G, which provides an opportunity for spectrum refarming. Next, a series of spectrum refarming methods for 5G deployment have been investigated on the conditions of China Telecom 2.1GHz. In order to reduce the risk of service failure and improve service reliability, while taking into account service performance guarantees, this paper proposed a risk-aware and deterministic delay-based service dual-route planning method. Firstly, based on network topology and service information, we constructed a network model and a service planning requirement model. Then combined with probability of failure and importance of service, we calculated the risk value of communication link and node, and introduce the end-to end deterministic delay model and the route intersection degree model, we proposed a joint optimization model of primary and backup routes. Further, a corresponding improved ant colony algorithm is proposed to plan service routes. In recent years, micro-Doppler features have been used for a variety of targets to extract features and detect and identify targets of interest. This paper proposes a modeling idea to simulate the micro-motion of the ship based on the micro-motion situation of the actual ship docked on the coast. Oscillating pendulums are a common example for understanding the basis of nonlinear motion dynamics. The oscillating pendulum model is used to establish a simple scattering point model of a ship floating on the sea, the micro-Doppler features of the ship model are simulated, and the micro-Doppler features are extracted by short-time Fourier transform algorithm. This model can also simulate the micro-motion of disembarking ships in different sea conditions. The simulation results give the Doppler characteristics of the scattering point model. In this paper, the digital twin technology is applied to the transformer station. Firstly, the basic architecture of digital twin is analyzed, two network deployment schemes are proposed according to the requirements of three-dimensional model construction, information transmission, and two-way interaction to provide a stable infrastructure for digital twin. Then, according to the characteristics and needs of the transformer station, a digital twin transformer station is built based on the cloud-edge collaboration architecture, and the capabilities of the cloud and the edge are defined. Finally, a digital twin transformer station model is built from multiple perspectives.
