Then proposes a solution that does not need to transform the existing network and only needs to optimize the handover parameters. Abstract

With the gradual improvement of 5G technology and the evolution of network deployment, 5G voice solutions will also evolve from EPS Fallback to VoNR. However, in the early stage of VoNR commercial deployment, due to immature network optimization, the VoNR function can only be enabled in some areas, and EPS Fallback is still used in other areas. At this time, there is a phenomenon that the continuity of voice services cannot be guaranteed through the handover between the VoNR function switch on and the VoNR function switch off boundary area.
