Various policies that have been carried out by the government to break the chain of spread of Covid 19, one of which is large-scale social restrictions, all transportation routes between countries are tightened, especially with regard to export and import, cooperation between countries in trade is temporarily closed, until the situation is completely recovered , of course this is a bad signal for the Indonesian state in the economic field, this is because international trade cooperation in terms of export import is one of the contributors to economic growth. As time goes by, the spread of the Covid-19 virus has decreased, economic recovery is increasingly being carried out to return conditions to normal, access to transportation and international trade cooperation for export and import are slowly opening. The purpose of this research was to examine the impact of exports and imports on economic growth following the Covid-19 pandemic, this study used the Eviews 9 analysis tool for error correction or Error Correction Model (ECM), from these calculations the results obtained were a moderate positive relationship between exports and imports with post-Covid-19 economic growth","PeriodicalId":231441,"journal":{"name":"ASIAN Economic and Business Development","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127646831","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Understanding the aspects that influence the IHSG is important for investors, market players and economic decision makers. In this article, we collect historical data about IHSG, interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates from a certain period. The analytical method used is linear regression with a time series approach. We analyze the relationship between the variables of interest rates, exchange rates, and inflation on the movement of the IHSG. The results of our research show that there is a significant influence between interest rates, exchange rates, and inflation on the IHSG movement. High inflation tends to have a negative impact on the IHSG, because inflation reduces people's purchasing power and reduces company profits. Low interest rates tend to have a positive effect on the IHSG, because low interest rates encourage investors to allocate funds to risky investment instruments, such as stocks. Apart from that, a strengthening exchange rate also has a positive impact on IHSG movements, because a stable exchange rate increases the confidence of foreign investors to invest in the Indonesian stock market. These findings provide important insights for investors and decision makers in managing their investment strategy. Knowing the relationship between inflation, interest rates and the exchange rate with the IHSG can help investors understand the risks and opportunities associated with investing in stocks. In addition, this research can also be used as a basis for the government and financial authorities in setting regulations that affect the capital market.","PeriodicalId":231441,"journal":{"name":"ASIAN Economic and Business Development","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124765856","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Political stability is a crucial factor in a country's economic development, because it can affect the investment climate, economic growth, and people's welfare. The Central Bureau of Statistics and other relevant organizations' secondary data were used as secondary data sources in this study's qualitative descriptive analysis of the literature. The data collected covers a specific relevant time period and includes indicators of political stability and GDP. The results of the analysis show that political stability has a significant influence on GDP in Indonesia. High political stability tends to create conditions conducive to sustainable economic growth. This is reflected in increased investment, expansion of the industrial sector, and increase in national income. In the Indonesian context, good political stability can increase investor confidence, both domestic and foreign, to invest in various economic sectors. In addition, political stability also provides legal certainty and consistent policies, which help create a favorable investment climate. The government needs to maintain political stability through actions that promote inclusive political participation, fair law enforcement, and consistent and transparent policies. These efforts will strengthen investor confidence, stimulate investment, and promote sustainable economic growth.","PeriodicalId":231441,"journal":{"name":"ASIAN Economic and Business Development","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127162860","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research used an approach that involves descriptive and qualitative analysis. International trade is the exchange of goods and services involving economic subjects between economic subjects from a country and economic subjects from other countries. Globalization has resulted in significant growth in international trade by reducing tariff and non-tariff barriers, thereby facilitating the free flow of goods and services around the world. This led to a rapid increase in the total value of exports and imports, making international trade larger and more complex. We use a qualitative study literature method. We found that international trade is an activity carried out to meet the needs of a country in terms of goods and services that may not be produced domestically due to several factors. In international trade, the cheaper and better the quality of goods and services, the greater the export of a country. Covid-19 is certainly a risk so that it disrupts international trade which in the end will re-shape the pattern of globalization. The post-Covid-19 crisis highlighted the vulnerability of the economy which ended up being dependent, this also led to vulnerabilities in health services as well as many other sectors which were the result of falling global demand. This caused unprecedented damage to global trade.","PeriodicalId":231441,"journal":{"name":"ASIAN Economic and Business Development","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115878055","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research method is a qualitative literature study. We found that ahead of Ramadan, the price of foodstuffs originating from livestock, such as beef, chicken and eggs, always increases, especially during Eid Al-Fitr and occurs for three consecutive years showing an increase every year. Fluctuations in the price of basic necessities often occur before, during and after national religious holidays such as Ramadan and Idul Fitri. This situation continues year after year due to the large number of requests. According to the law of demand, which states that when demand rises while supply is constrained, prices will rise, a growth in demands that cannot be satisfied by a restricted quantity of goods. Price swings before Eid al-Fitr are frequent occurrences that individuals can't seem to avoid. Consumers and producers have tended to confront more risks and uncertainties recently as a result of changes in food prices. Although it has a distinct pattern, the price of food items has also grown domestically. Quite fundamental changes have occurred since the last ten years, namely after the reform period.","PeriodicalId":231441,"journal":{"name":"ASIAN Economic and Business Development","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130390830","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Consideration of data collection began in 2007 because in that year data related to technology in China began to exist. The data source comes from the world bank. We investigate Supply Chains, Government Fiscal Policy Strategies, and Technological Innovation. The government's fiscal policy strategy is indicated by the percentage of tax revenue % of GDP. The supply chain is represented by International trade % of GDP. Technology is indicated by High Technology Exports % of GDP. We found that Technological developments in China can affect the level of tax revenue from the country itself. Then again, using technology also has a significant relationship with the level of trade in China. That is, China's technological advances have a great influence on supply chain activities in China itself. The policies implemented by the Chinese government regarding supply chains are apparently influenced by technological developments, meaning that the more technology develops, the stronger government policies in carrying out economic activities.","PeriodicalId":231441,"journal":{"name":"ASIAN Economic and Business Development","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128425132","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
