From human bodies, mid-infrared lights, whose wavelength are around 10µm, are emitted in accordance with Plank’s law. We confirmed the specific emission spectral peaks (@9.65µm etc.) derived from glucose components inside of human arms. These feasibility studies suggested the realization of measuring glucose concentrations inside of human bodies only by holding hands or arms on sensors like tablet thermometers.
