This situation leads to the need to dig trenches all across the field yet it is possible to use autonomous fields provided by photovoltaic panels and storage system, to avoid those long cables and trenches. The approach developed here is to analyze and compare the effective environmental impact of the autonomous heliostat field and a classical field by use of a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach. In this paper, the components of each kind of fields are described and LCA is applied to both types of heliostat structures. Nowadays, several approaches based on intelligent techniques have been applied to PSS design problem. This paper deals with optimal design of multimachine power system stabilizers to improve the dynamic stability of power system. The design problem is formulated as an optimization problem. Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-II) is employed to search the optimal PSS parameters.. In this scheme, an adaptive full order flux observer is used. The simulation result show that with the large PI gain for the adaptive scheme, the convergence for the speed estimation is fast and very well, however higher harmonics and noises are included in the estimated speed. Usually noises caused by inverter. The system is a cold generating station driven by solar energy. The main elements of the cycle are a refrigerated space, an absorption refrigerator and a solar collector form. A simplified mathematical model, which combines fundamental and empirical correlations, and principles of classical thermodynamics and heat transfer, is developed. The proposed endoreversible model is then utilized to simulate numerically the system transient and steady state response under different operating and design conditions. In order to obtain a fixed temperature in the cold room in a minimal lapse of time, the determination of the command necessary heat flow is based on the energy balances. Divers researches and efforts have been concentrated on the photovoltaic (PV) systems efficiency improvement and the accessibility to this technology. This paper presents an intelligent approach for the improvement and optimization of the PV system efficiency. A PV system topology incorporating maximum power point tracking controller (MPPT) is studied. In order to perform this goal a special interest was focused on the neuro-fuzzy algorithm based on the Sugeno inference model. This paper presents a detailed study and design of a MPPT controller to insure a high PV system performance which can be selected for practical implementation issue. A simulation work dealing with MPPT controller, a DC/DC CùK converter feeding a DC moto-pump is achieved. The combination of several renewable sources (wind and photovoltaic) with a diesel generator is suited to electricity supply of remote areas. The purpose of a hybrid power system is to produce energy at all times requested by consumers and if possible to produce it from renewable sources, the stochastic nature of renewable energy makes fluctuation of real power on the network therefore on the frequency. This problem can be solved or avoided by satisfying the real power supply-demand balance constraint in the hybrid energy system. Using battery bank system can increase the penetration of renewable energy and absorb the rapid fluctuation due to the stochastic nature of renewable energy, that, it increases the difficulty of managing all these systems in real time, ensuring the quality of energy supplied. It exists as different topologies. This review-paper focuses on different technologies for connecting photovoltaic (PV) modules to a three-phase-grid. The inverters are categorized into some classifications: the number of power processing stages; the use of decoupling capacitors and their locations; the use or no of the transformers; the type of three phase inverter; whether they are preceded by a DC/DC converter or not. The model developed in this communication can be used to estimate the hourly global, diffuse and direct solar radiations for horizontal surfaces and the total daily solar radiation on inclined and vertical surfaces in the region of Sfax. Moreover, the method presented here can be used to evaluate the energy production in Sfax of photovoltaic projects like water pumping solar, on-grid applications and off-grid applications. The estimation method of the hourly and daily solar radiations used the Liu and Jordon model. In addition, the values of monthly of average daily solar radiation on a horizontal surface are taken from NASA, Surface meteorology and Solar Energy. The mounting position of solar panel is assumed to be facing towards the south of Sfax. Four different internal recoveries equal to rpi=0, rpi=0.1, rpi=0.2 and rpi=0.3 are attempted in this study. Results conclude that the internal recovery value has an effect on the presentation of the global characteristics. Particularly, we have observed that the power and the torque coefficients reach the most important values for the internal recovery value equal to rpi=0. The considered tunnel was designed and realized to develop experimental investigations of different wind turbines. In this study, we are interested to verify that the test vein provide a uniform out flow, a high-speed and a low-turbulence. The numerical model used is based on the resolution of the Navier-Stokes equations in conjunction with the standard k-ε turbulence model. These equations are solved by a finite volume discretization method. The numerical results from the application of the CFD code FloWorks are presented in the transversal and longitudinal planes of the wind tunnel.
