There are many challenges faced by all interested parties in the world of education. Problems include limited internet access, skills in using technology, and the ability to manage online learning classes. This study focuses on the role of Christian Religious educators or teachers in overcoming online learning problems and challenges by seeking to create a conducive and enjoyable learning atmosphere and quality so that students can learn well and achieve learning outcomes. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the concept of effective online classroom management for Christian religious education learning to shape the Christian character of students during the covid-19 pandemic based on five classroom management functions, namely leading, planning, organizing, and evaluation. In order to achieve this goal, this research is qualitative-descriptive. That is, it describes data regarding Christian religious education class management during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study are that online classroom management for Christian religious education learning can be realized through the leadership of teachers who are servant-hearted; planning of learning activities in shaping Christian character; setting the learning process and learning materials; teacher skills in implementing learning; and teachers who always guarantee the quality of their learning through evaluation activities.","PeriodicalId":228556,"journal":{"name":"Budapest International Research and Critics Institute (BIRCI-Journal)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128774655","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because there is no innovation model for sustainable organizational competency development where the influence and impact can be measured and used as a guide in the future. The main purpose of this research is to produce a Sustainable Development Innovation model, especially in the field of Organizational Competence in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Serang, South Tangerang, Tangerang City, and Cilegon areas. This model contains a matrix of continuous innovation that will make organizational competencies can be fulfilled properly. The sample of this research is SMEs in the potential craft sector. Research data were collected through in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and using secondary data from the local Koperindag Office (Cooperative, Industrial, Trade, Market and Mining Office). Based on the data that has been collected, then the data analyzed and made a matrix model of Sustainable Development Innovation based on various existing sustainable development theories and one of the results is an organizational competency analysis framework for SMEs. The model from this research is expected to be an efficient framework that is useful for analyzing the direct and indirect consequences of various inputs in the SME world, both in Serang, South Tangerang, Tangerang City, and Cilegon as well as throughout Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":228556,"journal":{"name":"Budapest International Research and Critics Institute (BIRCI-Journal)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128346498","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

If the localizer equipment is damaged, it will disrupt the flight process that occurs at the airport. For this reason, to keep the localizer equipment in optimal condition, the technicians must always check the condition of the equipment so that it is always in good condition when it is run. If the localizer equipment is damaged, the technician must quickly where the damage to the equipment is. The process of checking the condition of the connected RS232 DB9 serial cable, and checking the voltage on the serial port on the LCP module. If the RS232 DB9 serial cable is damaged or disconnected, you must replace the RS232 cable, then when checking the voltage of the LCP module serial port, the voltage on the LCP port must match the standard, which is 8 V if the voltage drops, the LCP module must be replaced immediately.","PeriodicalId":228556,"journal":{"name":"Budapest International Research and Critics Institute (BIRCI-Journal)","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132999946","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The sample included 200 teachers from state junior high schools in Sukoharjo Sub-District. A questionnaire is used to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data in this study. Previously, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests were used to analyze data. The findings indicated that: 1) Information and communication tachnology literacy contributed considerably to the quality of remote education. This is evident from the T test result of 4,401, p of 0.000 0.05. 2) The work ethos of teachers has a substantial beneficial effect on the quality of distance education. This is established using the T test of 3,486, with a p value of 0.0010.05. Advice based on the findings of this study may be utilized as a guideline for teachers' ICT skills training, as well as a critical foundation for the methodical construction, enhancement, and sustainability of distance education.","PeriodicalId":228556,"journal":{"name":"Budapest International Research and Critics Institute (BIRCI-Journal)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115095311","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
