This paper presents a transformation matrix for transforming an even-order Lagrange-type VFD filter into a new one whose all the subfilters have either symmetric or anti-symmetric coefficients. Currently the wavelet function identification and selection process are highly rely on human expertise and knowledge of wavelet function in the field of biomedical signal denoising, others rely on trial and error basis which is time consuming. The BestWaveID system require only two inputs to perform the wavelet function evaluation, identification and selection, there are the sample of the ECG signal to be denoise and the expected noise level to be contaminated in the ECG signal. The BestWaveID system perform an iterative denoising on the given ECG signal using every single wavelet function and possible decomposition to evaluate their denoise performance on the given ECG signal in term of signal to noise ratio. RTU (remote terminal unit), sensor networks of PRMCS, are installed in outdoor fieldwork, and limited in power, PRMCS saving energy become a key problem. We develop a low power consumption method for PRMCS in which LEACH route algorithm and Sleep-Waken model dispatch are designed to reduce power consumption. In this paper we try to shift the implementation of data glove from motion animation towards signature verification problem, making use of the offered multiple degrees of freedom for each finger and for the hand as well. The proposed technique is based on the Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) in finding r singular vectors sensing the maximal energy of glove data matrix A, called principal subspace, and thus account for most of the variation in the original data, so the effective dimensionality of the data can be reduced. Having identified data glove signature through its r-th principal subspace, the authenticity is then can be obtained by calculating the angles between the different subspaces. QoS guarantees can be provided in packet networks by the use of proper packet scheduling algorithms. Similar to the trends of computer revolution, many scheduling algorithms have been proposed to meet this goal. In this paper, we propose a new priority assignment scheduling algorithm, Hierarchical Diff-EDF, which can meet the real-time needs while continuing to provide best effort service over heterogeneous real-time network traffic. The Hierarchical Diff-EDF service meets the flow miss rate requirements through the combination of single step hierarchal scheduling for the different network flows, and the admission control mechanism that detects the overload conditions to modify packetspsila priorities. To examine our proposed scheduler model, we introduced our attempt to provide an exact analytical solution. The attempt showed that the solution was apparently very complicated due to the high interdependences between the system queuespsila service. Computing fourth-order cross moments from incoming time-series data is computationally intensive process and requires fast computing systems and parallel processing techniques to meet the real time processing requirement. An algorithm based on matrix-matrix product formulation is adopted in this paper. This paper presents an FPGA based design for high-speed computation of fourth-order cross moments. The proposed design is coded in VHDL and functionally verified by implementing it on Xilinx Virtex-II Pro FPGA chip. FPGA implementation results are presented. This LNA makes part of a larger system to cover GSM and 3G bands from 800 to 2100 MHz but this work only focuses on lower bands. The circuit topology is based on inductively degenerated common source (IDCS). Circuit simulations indicate a power gain of 12 dB, a noise figure of 0.7 dB with IIP3 and 1-dB compression point of 0.87 dBm and -2.7 dBm respectively. The PLC has arithmetic and logic operations instructions set that was utilized in the implementation of the fuzzy control of induction motor speed control. Fuzzy logic algorithm applies rules obtained from human expert of a system. The input signals to fuzzy controller are the linguistic variable of speed error and change of speed error, while the output signal is frequency of PWM inverter. The supply voltage to the induction motor is ascertained from frequency output requirement using constant V/Hz ratio. The objective of the controller is to provide stability in responds to disturbance and sudden changes in reference speed. In this paper, we propose a reprogramming mechanism, which is based on the hierarchy in the network. We divide the nodes in the network into two types of nodes (i.e. super nodes and normal nodes). We first send codes to nodes in the upper layer of the node hierarchy (i.e., super nodes). Then super nodes reprogram other nodes in their local areas. Super nodes can be cluster head nodes, or a set of connected dominating nodes that are sufficient to cover the whole network. As the network size grows, it is difficult to send the whole application binary over the air to all the nodes. With our approach we overcome the problems like sender redundancy, data redundancy in classic flooding. Our results show that it is a quick mechanism for reprogramming the sensor nodes. Our approach also reduces the network traffic and results in less utilization of the resources. The work is aimed to facilitate the learning process of the subject area through the development of an interactive environment that can help users to simulate and visualise behaviour of flexible structures with given physical characteristics, to test and validate controller designs. Simulation algorithms based on finite difference scheme in characterizing the dynamic behaviour of a two-dimensional such as plate structures are incorporated. Controller design strategies are integrated within this framework. The design and implementation of the interactive learning system incorporating the simulation algorithms, modelling and control strategies, are developed using Matlab.
