During the study of ultrasonic connections of shoe parts it turned out that the low strength of the seams is an important problem. The purpose of the study is to increase the strength characteristics of the ultrasonic connections of summer shoe parts. Ethylene vinyl acetate, medium and low-density polyurethane, as well as belt tape that are used in summer shoes manufacture, were used as research objects. The study was carried out with the use of standard methods and techniques for determining the breaking load, and breaking load in shear. The equipment of the materials and technologies of textile industry department of the Kazan national research technological University was used for the research. The experiments results showed the influence of one of the main parameters of ultrasonic welding. The results of strength tests of the obtained samples allowed us to conclude that, in the area of sound waves impact of on the materials’ welding process used in shoe production, the optimal mode is the action of an ultrasonic wave for 3 seconds in the preliminary fastening. the characteristics of of A set of tests was carried out on the selected samples that made it possible to choose the best material for summer shoes production and the optimal mode of ultrasonic wave operation, which ensures high strength characteristics of the welded joint. They are of primary concern when creating the casual shoes, as well as the footwear for children, the elderly people and the pregnant women. When considering the interference of the footwear with the foot in the process of bedding or matching its inside to the shape of the human foot, one of the understudied phenomena that occurs during the process of walking is the fretting phenomenon, which leads to the appearance of roughness and calluses on the sections of the foot that contact with the inner surface of the footwear, destroys the material of the lining and the insole, as well as the product worn on the foot. The choice of rubbers for these purposes together with the intermediate polymer layer is due to the highly elastic and waterproof properties of the elastomers, as well as the anti-puncture properties of the aramid material, which ensure almost unchanged flexibility of the sole. The use as an alternative for these purposes of individual anti-puncture insoles is associated with certain material, technological difficulties and labor costs. So, it is necessary to develop a technological process creating a composite material providing protective properties for boots. Expert analysis is used when the requirements for design of special shoes are determined. The possibility of creating soles from composite material was tested. The composite material consists of three components: felt, polymeric textile and rubber. There are two methods of increasing adhesion: chemical and physical modification of the cord itself and the introduction of special additives into the rubber matrix. The authors propose to use reactive compounds - isocyanates as an additive to increase adhesion to polyester cord. In view of the complexity and toxicity of the latter, the approach of blocking isocyanate groups and the further introduction of these systems into the polymer matrix was chosen. The blocked isocyanate - 2,4 diphenylcarbamidotoluene was synthesized; the structure was identified by IR and elemental analysis. The effect of the amount of the synthesized additive on the adhesion to the polyester cord was investigated. The possibility of improving some operational parameters by applying modifying compositions, such as fire-protective impregnations and adhesive solutions, has been studied. Experimental studies of the influence of the selected types of modifying compositions on the properties of jute and linen fibers insulations have been carried out. Impregnations of various groups of fire-resistant efficiency were selected for the study. It was revealed that the most optimal fire-protective impregnation for the selected range of materials is \"MC\" flame retardant, and as an adhesive impregnation it is possible to use an aqueous polyvinyl acetate (PVA) solution. It was found that the treatment of heater insulations based on plant fibers with an aqueous solution of polyvinyl acetate (PVA) glue at a concentration of 30% is able to increase its operational properties.
