The aim of this research is to develop valid, practical and effective interactive multimedia. This research is included in the development research (R&D) ADDIE development model. The interactive multimedia created is then validated by validators consisting of material expert validation, media expert validation and language expert validation. The results of research on interactive multimedia development show that the validity of material in the very effective category is 95%, the validity of media in the very effective category is 99.16%, and the validity of language in the very effective category is 87.5%. The teacher questionnaire results were 95.83% in the very practical category, and the student questionnaire results were 91.02% in the very practical category. The test results produced effective interactive multimedia from the results of the test sheet work which showed an average increase with a percentage of 88.46%. The title that will be raised by the author in this final project research is \"Design and Build a Website Management of Student Council Information Systems and Extracurriculars at Pandih Batu 1 Public High School\" with the hope that it will become a new tool and alternative that can facilitate the management of Pandih Batu 1 Public High School Student Council to become more sophisticated in the era of information technology that has been digitized so that students at SMA Negeri 1 Pandih Batu are not left behind with current information technology developments. The data collection methods used by the author are observation, interviews, and library research. (3) Improving science learning outcomes for VA class students at SDN 4 Menteng by using a guided inquiry learning model assisted by audio-visual media. The subjects of this research were VA class students at SDN 4 Menteng. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The data collection techniques used are observation and tests. The data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this research show that: (1) Students' learning activities when learning science on human circulatory system material using a guided inquiry learning model assisted by audio-visual media in the VA class at SDN 4 Menteng with good criteria. This can be seen as the more active students are in participating in learning activities. In cycle I, student learning activities obtained an average score of 4.1 and in cycle II, student learning activities obtained an average score of 4.7. (2) Educator activities during science learning on human circulatory system material using a guided inquiry learning model assisted by audio-visual media in the VA class at SDN 4 Menteng with good criteria. One of the way out in UMSA bring the bright perspectively in both side, even students and lecturer in the class. This study aims to find out Description of Using MALL in the instructional process. The focus of this study is the extensive reading lecture in English Education Study Program in UMSA. The researchers use a type of qualitative research which is Case Study. Then, the instruments of this study were Interview and Documentation. Primary data were collected merely through interview; however, it has been taken deeply on the collecting data. The secondary data in this study are sources related to the problems in the object of this paper. The implementation of the MALL in this study was using Wattpad mobile apps as teaching media. Findings consists of the use, the features and the assessment of Wattpad as the learning medium in the class. The reason the supporting lecturer chose to use Wattpad was based on the needs of students in the Extensive Reading class. With Wattpad students can explore various uploaded literary works concluding on building and creating reading materials independently. It can be seen that teachers only deliver material using the lecture method and the implementation of learning activities is still monotonous, namely repetitive between the teacher and students. Another problem is the lack of interest in asking students when the teacher gives them the opportunity to ask questions about material they don't understand, which has an impact on students' learning outcomes. VTA learning is learning (Video Tutorials and Animations) so this learning media has web-based learning which is designed using HTML and in this media uses Video learning, Tutorials accompanied by images and also Animation Videos so that learning is more interesting and easy for students to understand. Based on data analysis carried out on student activities, it was obtained that student activity results increased in each cycle. In cycle I the score obtained was 67 with an average of 3.22 with a percentage of 55% in the Sufficient category and while in cycle II the student activity achievement score was 78 with an average of 3.66 and a percentage of 77%. This shows that using VTA media can make students more active in learning. The use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform is problematic for teachers at SMPN Satu Atap 2 Mentaya Hulu because in this area there is no network PLN electricity. This problems causes teachers not really understand about Independent Curriculum. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The locus of research is SMPN Satu Atap 2 Mentaya Hulu. The research was conducted for one month. The results of the study reveal several problems, its come from internal and external factors of the teacher. Internal factors include limited mastery of technology, teachers' lack of understanding of the features of the platform, teachers who are not familiar with online learning, and limited device specifications. While external factors include limited sources of electricity, unstable internet network conditions, learning communities that are not yet active, there is no in-house training, and schools that do not yet have books supporting the independent curriculum. Several methods are carried out by teachers and schools to fixed the problems. Teachers maximize the role of colleagues who are more tech-savvy, maximize cellphone battery charging, and strive to maintain consistency. Peneliti menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan hanya mengambil sampel penelitian kelas X yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Selain itu, peneliti menggunakan instrumen penelitian ini yaitu tes lisan. Dalam pre-test dan post-test, peneliti memberikan topik melalui video storytelling digital untuk merangsang siswa berbicara dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Pada pre-test dan post-test, satu per satu siswa diminta untuk berbicara langsung dengan peneliti di kelas. Setelah pre-test, peneliti menerapkan media pembelajaran sebagai treatment kemudian hasil post-test dibandingkan dengan hasil pre-test siswa dan mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berbicara siswa. Temuan dari analisis data mengungkapkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pada pre-test adalah 3,45, sedangkan nilai rata-rata pada post-test adalah 4,54. Temuan ini didasarkan pada fakta bahwa pre-test diberikan sebelum post-test. Diketahui bahwa hasil t-test adalah 10,33, lebih tinggi dari nilai t-tabel, yaitu 1,688. Tingkat signifikansi yang digunakan adalah 0,05, dan derajat kebebasan (df) yang digunakan adalah 37-1, yaitu 36. In the 21st century, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration or 4Cs skills should be mastered by students. So, the lecturer uses Project Based Learning as the method suggested by the government, together with TikTok, the popular application among the students, which can facilitate them to achieve their goals. This paper will present the implementation of Project Based Learning in the Intermediate English Speaking class of English Department, FKIP, Palangka Raya University, and the utilization of the TikTok application as the tool for creating the project. This paper also describes the improvement of students’ speaking abilities in their video projects.
