The digital marketing technology based on electricity user portrait is proposed in this paper, which provides differentiated services for electricity users and achieves accurate marketing. Five indexes, i.e., daily electricity consumption, daily valley-to-peak, seasonal fluctuation, electricity arrears rate, and electricity price sensitivity, are extracted to realize a multi-dimensional electricity user portrait. The K-means algorithm is applied to obtain these typical electricity user portraits, which is the cluster center. According to the characteristics of typical electricity user portraits, differentiated marketing strategies are proposed. Then, through calculating the Euclidean distance between the data of electricity user and the cluster center, its portrait result and optimal service are quickly obtained, realizing marketing digitization. This paper focuses on a trading decision model based on time series analysis combined with innovative bull and bear market forecasts. By comparing the forecasting effectiveness of Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and XGBoost neural network, we decided to choose the more effective ARIMA model for stock price forecasting. ARIMA models combined with bull and bear market forecasting models for conservative stock traders analyze the risk and return of trading and propose trading decisions. In addition to this, we verified the optimality of the developed model and analyzed the sensitivity of the model. Adjustments were made to the gold, bitcoin and cash positions on 23 different dates through the trading decision methodology we provided. The designed unit cell structure consists of a hybrid graphene-gold array and a reflective metal film separated by SiO2 spacer, which is a typical sandwich resonance model. When the x-polarized wave is vertically incident, the designed system can be regarded as a broadband polarization converter with a bandwidth of 1.2 THz, where efficiency exceeds 90%. By changing the Fermi level of graphene, the bandwidth of the PCR spectrum can be effectively adjusted, thus realizing active tunability. By introducing principle of geometric phase, it is proved that the proposed design is effective in beam deflection. In addition, with the change of the incident angle, the PCR spectrum can still maintain good performance. The first method is based on the empirical identification of the intrinsic mode function (IMF) component of the QRS eigenwave and the reconstruction of the inaccurate identification of the ECG signal, using the statistical properties of the EMD and IMF components to denoise the ECG signal. The second method is out to use a combination of variational modal decomposition and wavelet thresholding to denoise the ECG signal for inotropic interference. The third method is to propose a denoising algorithm based on improved wavelet thresholding-CEEMDAN to address the shortcomings of the wavelet thresholding method. These fake textures can generate misunderstandings. An improved SCT model is proposed in response to this problem, called SCT++. The improved model adds the spatial uniform loss function, the color constant loss function, and the brightness smoothing loss function. Comparing the SCT model and the SCT++ model through the LOL dataset, it is found that the convergence rate of the SCT++ model is greater than that of the SCT model, and the convergence rate is improved. Finally, SCT++, SCT, DCE++, GAN, LIME, LLVE, and RUAS were compared, and PSNR, SSIM, NIQE, LPIPS, MSE, and other image evaluation methods were selected. Images acquired from the industrial camera and water parameters from underwater detectors are used as input for the dosing models which are trained by the LightGBM algorithm, then the recommended dosage could be given by the model and sent to an automatic dosing system controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), which forms a closed- loop for intelligent dosing. The resulting parameters are also iteratively recorded for self-learning. First, we uses fuzzy hierarchical analysis to employ people, technology, and process as the first-level indicators. Five sub-indicators related to the key indicators are chosen. The variance is 0.0104. If the variance of ICM is >0.0104, the Port cargo data system is not mature enough. Then a system dynamics model is constructed, and by simulating the synergistic eFect of each factor on the port cargo data system, managers can purposefully adjust the degree of attention to the three factors of the Port cargo data system and thus optimize the port cargo data system.
