Both theoretical and simulative methods are employed to analyze the changes of the phase diagrams with the hopping rate $p$ at the defect site and the on-ramp rate $q$. The results demonstrate that a new steady phase (high density/low density, HD/LD) and the phase diagram can be in the system under the special relationship between the hopping rate $p$ and the on-ramp $q$. Various soft and hardware techniques have been proposed for efficient smart grid. Deep learning techniques are one of the soft computing approaches which can be applied to automate and further improve the performance of the smart grid. Although, this research domain of deep learning model in smart grid is gaining some attention, there is a strong need for a motivation to encourage researchers to explore more in this area. In this paper, we have investigated on recent development in the field of deep learning techniques in smart grid. In the study, various performance metrics including total papers, total citations, and citation per paper are calculated. Further, top 10 or 20 of most productive and highly cited authors, discipline, source journals, countries, institutions, and highly influential papers are also evaluated. Through the Raspberry Pi, Arduino development board and USB camera, an overall framework of the system is built, the software and hardware design ideas of garbage bins in the implementation process are explained, and the application of image recognition in garbage sorting is researched. In this paper, the flattening test of common pop cans is carried out to determine that the flattening force is not more than 200N. A unique bending mechanism is designed to reduce the flattening force of cans by 70%. The overall structure of a simple pop can recovery device is designed and calculated, the device is composed of three parts-the extrusion structure, the collection structure and the spitting currency structure, which can not only complete the extrusion and collection function of pop cans recycling but also automatically spit currency after the user press the pop can. The unique design of intelligent coin spitting structure has high reliability, and it can automatically rotate the coin bucket, even it has low power consumption. The quantitative relationship between Til Al element powder particle size and pore structure characteristics including, permeability, pore size and porosity of Ti-33A1 porous material was explored in depth. The study indicate that the powder particle size has a significant impact on the regulation of pore structure in porous materials. The permeability and pore size of the materials will rise as the particle size of the raw materials increases. Between the permeability and maximum pore size, the Hagen-Poiseuille equation is carefully obeyed, and its mathematical expression is $J=0.205d_{m}^{2}theta$. Based on the Vgg16 model, the Vgg16 model is pruned and improved to build a lightweight CNN model Vgg-S. Vgg-S can train with a small data set, and get better training results in a shorter training time. Numerical simulation is carried out using CST 2015 Microwave Studio software by optimizing the geometrical structure. The numerical simulation results show that the MA achieves perfect absorption at the frequency of 7.625GHz and 15.375GHz, and its absorption is 99.1% and 99.8%, respectively. The influence of bending stiffness on the tension of restrained end nodes, and the calculation results are compared with the calculation results of the rod element.
