Penelitian ditujukan untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar protein urine dengan edema pada Ibu Hamil. Desan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitain merupakan pasien dari RSU Prima Husada, dengan jumlah sampel minilam sebanyak 30 sampel. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan uji berdasarkan uji spearman menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi p> 0,05 yaitu 0,456 hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara edema dengan protein urine pada Ibu hamil.","PeriodicalId":22695,"journal":{"name":"THE JOURNAL OF MUHAMMADIYAH MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST","volume":"16 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73467646","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The side effects of fogging can have an impact on its officers by being exposed and inhaled by continuing to treat fumes that contain pesticides. So, that the liver function examination is carried out to determine the increase in ALP (Alkaline Phospatase ) levels and decrease in cholinesterase levels due to a long time working on fogging officers in Denpasar. This aims to determine whether there is an increase in ALP levels and a decrease in the level of cholinesterase in fogging officers' blood samples. This type of research carried out statistical tests by displaying the lowest, highest value and average test results and deviations standards. From the examination results obtained, it was found that ALP levels in March 2020 with an average of 63.1 ± 0.23 IU / L, while in April 2020 with an average of 98.0 ± 0.23 IU / L, at cholinesterase levels in March 2020 with an average of 5.2 ± 0.01 kU / L, while in April 2020 the average was 6.5 ± 0.01 kU / L. It can be concluded that there was an increase in ALP with an average percentage increase of 0.88% and a decrease in cholinesterase levels in April higher than March, with an average percentage decrease of 0.29%. It known have completed nutritional content such as protein, carbohydrate, mineral and vitamin. Genjer also known as good source of B1 vitamin. The purpose of this study was to identify B1 vitamin level of fresh and steamed genjer plant. Genjer plant were steamed for 2 minutes and 4 minutes. We also want to examine the best steamed time for the plant towards B1 vitamin level. Determination of genjer B1 vitamin level wa used UV-Vis Spectrofotometry at 511 nm, and thiamine was used as the standart solution. The study shown that B1 vitamin level were o,121 mg/100 g, 0,035 mg/100 g and 0,027 mg/100 g in fresh, 2 minutes steamed and 4 minutes steamed genjer plants respectively. We were done a quantitatively analysis of collected data to describe B1 vitamin level in treated genjer plants. The result showed that the longer of steamed period will reduce more of B1 vitamin level at genjer plants. We suggested that B1 vitamin more soluble in water and processing technique related with water have an effect towards B1 vitamin level, and 2 minutes steaming reduce less of B1 Vitamin compared to 4 minutes steaming. This study wanted to determine the effect of pesticide exposure on liver damage seen from AST and ALT enzyme levels using farmer respondents in the Mojokerto area of 25 respondents. From the results of the study it was found that AST levels were influenced by age (P = 0.017), length of work (P = 0.035), and PPE usage (P = 0.044), while age, work period, length of work and usage of PPE did not significantly influence to ALT levels. It can be concluded that age, length of work and use of PPE affect AST levels.
