The Blockchain Network also follows the principle of absolute privacy and anonymity on the identification of the users associated in a transaction. Since the time of its inception, the Blockchain Technology has undergone research that has demonstrated some various kinds of methods to sort out the access control system of the conventional system. In recent years Blockchain has also shown optimum reliability in multiple sectors such as Smart Home, Healthcare, Banking, Information Storage Management, Security and etc. This work in terms is further concerned to the sector of Smart Healthcare, which has grown to a much affluence regarding the efficient technique of serving and dictating medical health care to the patients with the point of maintaining privacy of the patients’ data and also the process of laying out real time accurate and trusted data to the medical practitioners. But in the scenario of Smart Healthcare, the primary concern arises in the fact of Privacy and Security of the data of the patients due to the interoperability of multiple stakeholders in the process. Also, there has been a fact of determining accurate and proper data to the doctors if the concerned subject is out of reach from the in hand medical service. Therefore, this Concern of privacy and also mitigation of the accurate data has been very much managed in the work by regulating, a monitoring and sensing paradigm with accordance to the IOT and the Blockchain as a transaction and access management system and also an appropriate medium for laying out accurate and trusted data for serving with deliberate medical care and benefits to the patients across.","PeriodicalId":226261,"journal":{"name":"2019 21st International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115263835","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Blockchain is an innovative trading system, and many studies have been conducted recently. It is expected to be used in various fields with stable security function of each node taking part in the system without central server control. However, due to its three functional limitations (excessive traffic generation, lack of distributed control, and unfairness of network resources) presented in this paper, it is difficult to provide complete service in the present network. In order to minimize such problems, a subnetwork structure providing a Blockchain service should provide an appropriate network configuration according to a Blockchain application or service type. In addition, based on the number of the node participated in Blockchain and the amount of data transmitted, it is necessary to provide appropriate QoS and the subnetwork should provide stable protocol function and efficient traffic operation. This subnetwork structure is proposed as a service function of the future network structure of ISO / IEC JTC1 SC6 which is being standardized.","PeriodicalId":226261,"journal":{"name":"2019 21st International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126133387","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Excessive sound pollution is apparent everywhere in these cities, whether walking along the road or riding any mode of transport. The problem can be further amplified in \"silent zones\" - such as for students in schools, or patients in hospitals. To minimize its unhygienic and harmful impact on the human body, the authors of this paper have consequently developed a necessary and urgent solution: a green earth based technological system called Nirob, to target the problem from two different angles within developing metropolitan areas: to raise awareness amongst the general population to encourage change by measuring and displaying the high noise levels; to reduce noise in \"silent zones\", by creating a system to regulate and minimize the use of honking by drivers.","PeriodicalId":226261,"journal":{"name":"2019 21st International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123458705","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

External environmental parameters affect crop growth. Irrigation operations involve multi-conditional decisions. Artificial intelligence and image processing technology are used to control watering, process environmental data, and use the processed data are then used to train models to predict soil moisture. The results thus obtained are used to divide soil into that with high, normal, and low moistures. A camera commonly used to capture images of soil, which are imported into a convolutional neural network for feature extraction. Next, the category of soil is predicted following deep learning. The results of the two predictions are sent to a fuzzy control system and the soil moisture interval is defined based on the category of crop that is being planted in it. The rule base is constructed using the defined parameters, and determines the judgment rule from the agricultural professional, And external conditions lead to the fuzzy controller. Defuzzified results are imported into controlled a control device. This work uses the IoT to serialize information from the fields in a farm and uses artificial intelligence techniques to analyze the state of plants. Image recognition technology is to provide more precise and comprehensive control to improve the accuracy of irrigation.","PeriodicalId":226261,"journal":{"name":"2019 21st International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT)","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125288956","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Chlorophyll-a has been one of the primary indicator of algal bloom; however, it is difficult to model to forecast due to scarceness of the events. Since canonical machine learning algorithms assume balanced datasets, data imbalance of the Chlorophyll-a concentration must be visited for accurate prediction. In this paper, we present a convolutional neural network model to predict Chlorophyll-a concentration, handling its data imbalance and skewness. The experiment results show that proper data transformation and oversampling can improve prediction accuracy, especially in rare-event regions.","PeriodicalId":226261,"journal":{"name":"2019 21st International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT)","volume":"2011 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114504052","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By offloading tasks to the devices at the edge of the network, edge computing reduces service delay and bandwidth consumption. So the task scheduling algorithm influences the capabilities of edge computing significantly. In this paper, an improved binary grey wolf optimizer (IBGWO) is proposed to solve the dependent task scheduling problem in edge computing. By upgrading the convergence parameter and the binarization transfer function, IBGWO obtains rapid convergence, stable approximate optimal solutions and a proper balance between exploration and exploitation. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed IBGWO outperforms binary bat algorithm (BBA) and binary particle swarm optimization (BPSO) in convergence, accuracy, and stability.","PeriodicalId":226261,"journal":{"name":"2019 21st International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128305194","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The range and the midrange methods are used in this model that gives a new mean and standard deviation as called in this paper. Also, the frequency distribution patterns are calculated for RSS signals and used in RSS model. WLAN Indoor localization application is developed on Android Smartphone to be used in detecting the accurate location. The application is tested in City Center Mall in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt and used the unknowing location access points (APs) of this MALL. The RSS model of this paper is used by the application for constructing the radio map of testing area in fingerprint offline mode. In fingerprint online mode, a new searching method is used for matching between the predefined locations of radio map and the online locations.
