The failure characteristics and failure mechanism of the wind turbine tower structure are analyzed under the extreme climate conditions. Based on the principle of tuned mass damper theory, the suspension damper application in wind turbine tower structure is designed. The appropriate typhoon wind speed spectrum is selected. With the finite element software, the 3D model for tower structure is established and the control effect of the damper structure is analyzed. The maximum displacement and acceleration of the structure under extreme climatic conditions are greatly reduced after the suspension tuned mass damper being given. The efficiency of vibration reduction is 80.26% and 54% respectively. In view of the performance disadvantages of traditional passive and active islanding detection methods, this paper proposes a novel passive islanding detection method. The proposed method first extracts characteristic parameters from the inverter output voltage signal and inverter output current signal through lifting wavelet transform, and then conducts the pattern recognition of these extracted characteristic parameters via BP neural network, so as to judge if there is an islanding phenomenon. Advance inspection and failure analysis, change in operational practices were used to get the boiler running at full load at the earliest possible time. This paper presents details of the process of inspection, maintenance, operation and failure investigation carried out for the economiser tubes of the boiler. This paper took the electricity listed companies as the research object, selected the financial data of 52 listed companies in the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2016 as the sample, and employed the SPSS statistics software to analyze the earnings management methods of the listed companies in the electric power industry and to draw the conclusions through empirical research. Based on the preliminary statistical analysis of the earnings management methods of listed companies in the electric power industry, this paper used the modified Jones model to verify the empirical analysis. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: There is a positive linear relationship between fixed assets management, assets impairment management and discretional accruals of the listed companies in the electric power industry. The degree of its influence is more obvious and stable than that of other earnings management methods, and passed the significance test.
